My husband went in to get his windshield repaired and the person behind the counter gave him a hard time about everything. All the paperwork for insurance and anything else that was necessary was put right in front of the guy, but he was very rude, so my husband left and will take his business else where. The bummer part; I was being taken on a birthday getaway for 7 days and now we are delayed.NegativeProfessionalism

Safe Lite might come to you and do a good job, but I went with a business in Hubbard, OH called Just Auto Glass. They were $200 dollars less and had it done that day. With the price of gas and other things, $200 dollars in my pocket was a blessing. Don, the owner, was a good guy and I would go back and recommend him anytime. If you need the options Safe Lite provides, go for it.. If you don't have glass coverage, call Just uto Glass in Hubbard.

The whole project was a BREEZE! My insurance booked my appointment with Safelite, and two days later (weather was poor or it would have been sooner) Stephen was at my door. He handled everything, and I mean everything! I handed him my keys, opened the garage door, and he took care of everything else for me. Full replacement took less than an hour, and I didn’t have to leave the house. Will use them again for sure!

The technician who installed my windshield was professional and very efficient. I was very pleased with the speed and accuracy with which the entire replacement was handled. I was treated with respect and left with the feeling that this company strives to ensure that every customer is satisfied. After reading some less than stellar reviews regarding other Safelight locations, I was initially wary - I'm very pleased to report that I had a fantastic experience!

Called to set up an appointment to get a windshield replaced nobody wants to answer the phone very very poor service. Your excuses are no good if you have a phone number you need to use it instead of trying to encourage people to drive around looking for a computer to satisfy you. I found a place that replaced my windshield without going to a website to satisfy that company you lost business and you're happy with that

The employees are great but the overall experience was pretty terrible. I made arrangements to drop my car off for an entire day only to find that I'd have to bring it back another time as they were unable to complete the recalibration of the Subaru Eyesight system. So I make an appointment for a later date for the recalibration and chose to wait on it, as I was told it would take around an hour. It ended up being two hours... Had I known it would be so long I'd have dropped it off or at least walked across the street or something.
