Recent strong winds brought a large branch down on the windshield of my car and shattered it. The process to have my windshield replaced by Safelite was seamless. The communication was excellent. The Safelite technician was professional and pleasant. My windshield was replaced in the parking lot at my job. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and convenient experience.

Best communications possible throughout the entire scheduling and windshield replacement process. At some point in our life we all encounter an unfortunate windshield chip or crack. be very careful with pricing, if you talk to someone on the phone they will try to sell you the highest package and not even give you the cheaper service package, they are hoping you don't even ask if there's anything cheaper. also add $100 to each one of their services, they don't tell you about this right away until you get the cost breakdown for your bill, they add $40 for recycling and if you want them to get there a little earlier they charge you 15 bucks, it usually ends up totaling another $100 on your bill.

Needed a replacement because of a rock hitting our windshield on the drive up to NY state for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Not only were they able to fit us in to their busy schedule, but they also helped out with some discounts to lower the overall price. Great service and really good people here!
