The technician had to replace the windshield in my daughter’s car while she was in class at college, and we all know the enormous number of parking lots on a college campus!! My experience with actual personnel with safelite has been nothing but great. Having said that, their automated service is beyond terrible. If I could rate that alone it would 1 star or no stars. Just trying to get someone on the phone to explain my unique situation, no windshield damage, just reseal windshield was next to impossible.
