The technician was able to come to my school and he replaced my glass while I was in class. He was great! He was perfectly on time and he left me a voicemail once he finished. He left a very detailed voicemail about what to do after it was installed. I highly recommend Safelite. It also is very convenient that they will come to you, and they are also open on Saturdays. I am very unsatisfied with Bullhead city safelite - I had them come out to repair a chip in my windshield, unfortunatley there repair did not hold and started to spread very shortly after repair. I called in for warranty and they advised me that there was nothing they could do and the only remedy would be to replace the windshield in my vehicle but they would credit the cost of the repair towards the bill. safelite gave me a quote to replace the windshield at a price i agreed to and scheduled me in for replacement, 1 day before they were suppose to service my vehicle they called me and said they made a mistake on pricing and it would be an additional $500.00 more than expected, I respectfully declined as i thought that price was too expensive for the service, I asked safelite to refund the repair since it didnt work - they agreed to the refund and said we will refund it the card you paid with and hung up promptly.... I paid cash... not card , I called back and the bullhead location would not pick up. I then had to call the sales center wich they worked for over an hour getting me help saying they would refund it as a mailed check given I paid cash and sent me a credit memo via email, it has now almost been a month I have not received my refund and I can no longer get anyone on the phone to help. biggest lie is "the check is in the mail" - make it RIGHT SAFELITE. do better UPDATE 9/10/25 SAFELITE STILL HASN'T MADE IT RIGHT - YOU SAY REACH OUT TO MY BANK - I PAID CASHHHHH YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE SENDING A CHECK! UPDATE 9/18/25 SAFELITE STILL HAS NOT MADE IT RIGHT
