Terrible service left glass in my vehicle that can never be removed never reconnected my rear defroster lines made me help him do the job and left me with a trunk full of glass. I’m 1000 percent not the type to leave negative reviews as this is that man’s livelihood but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had as a professional transaction that was highly expensive….. the man even made me help him install the window as he said it would be too difficult for him to do it himself like I am in a state of shock that this is safelite the trusted world renowned glass specialists who did this to me…. It’s going to take an awful lot of rectifying for me to ever trust your company again after this horrifying ordeal which by the way still isn’t over yet as my back lines still aren’t on and my baseboard pieces aren’t on either as a result…. The worst part is I would have never known what horrible job was done fully had I not gone to get the window tinted because I’m honestly blindly trusting of people and companies for the most part

It started as a great online, self-scheduling experience. It turned into an appointment nightmare. They ask you to block 4 hours of your calendar for their arrival, they let 8am...9am....10am...11am....12pm...roll by with no contact and no technician as scheduled. I start calling at 12:15 pm..."hey I've waited for 4 hours and haven't heard from my technician. He is a no show" 56 minutes of call and hold times with Safelite and basically no one at the location I booked was answering any calls, messages or emails alerting them that they blew off my appointment. Several hours past my scheduled time, a lot of excuses about booking systems and technicians schedule, a full day wasted for other errands and appointments...and a technician fianlly showed. The repair time was as expected but I did not like that when the technician finished and I was signing off on the payment invoice he told me if I didnt give him a good review the company would dock his pay? What a weird position to put me in? So I thought about cushioning my review so he didn't get a dock in pay but then I decided to give an honest review and include that I don't think customers should be pressured by technicians to give a review that the company may not have earned. I would not use them again...they didn't even offer a discount after all the hassle. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because they at least got a technician out that day and I didn't have to go into a another day of waiting, but 2 is pushing it for the way I was treated.

Outstanding Service at Safelite Juan Tabo! Had my windshield replaced here, and the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and got the job done ahead of schedule. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the updates during the installation. My new windshield looks flawless, and they even took care of recalibrating my vehicle's safety systems. If you're looking for fast, reliable, and expert auto glass service, this Safelite location on Juan Tabo is the one to trust. Highly recommend!

No receptionist, so expect to wait 10-25 minutes for someone to discover you and check you in. While I was waiting for my car, another owner of the same model vehicle brought his in for warranty work, because the windshield they had repaired two weeks prior was defective. Coffee maker but no coffee. Person that checked me in obviously didn't care about me in any way, shape, or form. Two days later, today, on my way to work I got on the highway for the first time. At highway speeds. The windshield is making a very loud buzzing noise, I have not yet had a chance to contact the shop. It's still too early. Nope, my comment above about the another client with the same model car bringing theirs back for improperly done installation. So now that I'm having a warranty issue also I'm annoyed. Just tried to call the shop that I got the replacement done at, they don't post the local number. You have to call the 1-800 number and go through a bunch of rigmarole, when I tried to talk to a representative there I was told that there was nobody available to talk to me and they hung up on me. The automated system did. Now I'm chatting with the representative online but their customer service is extremely poor as well. I'm just going to go out and say do not use this company for anything!! Ended up chatting online with Desire S., who did do a magnificent job. She was able to get me the direct number for warranty repair as well as the direct number for the local store. I decided to give them one more chance and called the warranty center who promptly scheduled a warranty repair for next Friday, which means I still have to drive back home with the buzzing window which will drive me nuts, but oh well I guess. (Stay tuned for future updates) Just got back from the warranty service. They determined that there was a piece of molding that did not get properly fastened down and was vibrating at higher speeds. They have fixed it, I promptly got on the freeway and tested it myself. . I was there. I happened to mention to the the receptionist that they needed a receptionist on Saturdays, and his response was something along the lines of "corporate wasn't willing to pay for one". The receptionist that checked me in didn't seem very happy to see me. The technician who reviewed the repairs with me afterwards was much more friendly and personable. I did file a complaint with their corporate office and was told that someone would reach out to me. It's been 5 days so far and no word from them. Here we are 4 months later, never did hear back from the corporate office. They apparently care even less than the local folks do. I still have the loud buzzing noise coming from my windshield when I get over 70 mph. Have taken a closer look at it. Looks like they damaged the molding that goes across the top. Since they aren't going to bother to fix it. Oh well. That's why there's duct tape I guess Do NOT go to this store I did however get a little Rock chip last week. See review of Technaglass, they did a magnificent job, we're very friendly, very attentive, in and out in about 20 minutes.

A rock chip high in the windshield of my 2007 Infiniti G35 turned into a crack completely across the entire windshield in my car. I called Safelite on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque, and they scheduled me for a 3:00 pm appointment the next day. I arrived on time, and the technicians took my car right into the work bay right across from the waiting room. I sat in a comfortable chair and watched the proceedings through a nice big window as Robert carefully removed the many plastic panels and trim strip around the windshield before getting down to the actual broken windshield. Then with some assistance, he removed the broken windshield and did the prep work required to install the new windshield. Cleaning out any residue from the previous installation, then applying the special glue for the new windshield, and then also with some assistance, they installed the new windshield. While servicing my car, one of the technicians noticed a crack in the air filter hose on the passenger side of my vehicle. He showed me that crack, and I will address that issue soon to keep from ingesting non-filtered air into my engine. I thanked him for being so proactive and bringing that issue to my attention as I try to keep my very nice car in top shape. They completed the entire removal and installation within the hour and a half they had stated, and I was in my car with a brand new and very clear windshield at 4:30 pm and on my way home. I was amazed at how clear the new windshield is. No chips or stars to look through, just very clear glass. Robert was very professional as I watched him remove and then replace the windshield in my car. It was perfectly clear that it was not his first time at the rodeo for replacing a windshield, and I appreciate his professionalism and how he treated all of the trim pieces carefully as he removed them and then reinstalled them properly. I will certainly use Safelite Auto Glass again in the future should I need any glass replaced in my vehicles. I am totally happy with this issue, and I thank Safelite for being an excellent business to go to when I need auto glass.

I thought it would be a quick stop considering I had such a tiny window chip. I dropped it off and it and 40 min later was called told it spread 2-3 ft crack. The person on the phone seemed a little unusual. I made sure the chip was repairable before taking in but he claimed on the phone when cooling it that it cracked. Considering I have had the chip for week and would easily slowly cool my car down to 65 degrees daily it made it seem like he took my very hot car (interior easily over 100 degrees) and immediately blasted with cold air that had to have created the crack. Regardless of what happened the manager was condescending and talked down to me as I asked simple questions especially with the demeanor of the person who called me, everything was very off. The manager also cut me off multiple times so it was hard to ask questions. It was embarrassing in the lobby in front of other customers. He said he “replaces” Teslas windshields all the time which confirms to me they do not successfully make repairs which made me definitely decide they are not trustworthy. He even quoted me way over the price Tesla would charge, $500 more and said I would be paying less then the other Tesla owners. Overall, I won’t know if they did the proper procedure in the heat but I do know that I deserve to be spoken to with some respect especially from a tech and a manager.
