I have experienced multiple issues with Safelite. During the first installation, they installed the wrong windshield, which caused a leak. They were unwilling to make repairs until a week later. During the second installation, the repair associate assured me that everything was fine when he left and did not mention needing any additional parts. I even received a completion notice stating, “We have completed your service! Thank you for trusting Safelite® with your vehicle. We have completed the replacement for your 2024 JEEP GLADIATOR.” However, I later received a phone call from the Safelite office asking to reschedule, which confused me since the associate had just confirmed that everything was okay. As I started driving the Jeep, I noticed strange noises. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the seal had come off and was scraping against the side of the Jeep, leaving marks from the rubber. Additionally, the dashboard on the passenger side of the vehicle has become disconnected. Now, they need to remove the windshield again to correct their work, but their earliest availability is over a week away. I am concerned about the safety issue posed by the missing seal, particularly considering their claims of safety in their name. Given all these issues, I would suggest they reconsider their branding and place UN in front of SAFE

I wish I could give less than one star. I paid $184 for a crack repair last Thursday for a tiny chip. The person doing the repair was nice and very quick, I was only there about 20 minutes max. Unfortunately, by Saturday the chip had spread. Reached out to Safelite today on Monday morning and it was sorry, not sorry. They would credit the amount I spent on the repair towards a new windshield. Well, I paid to repair the chip, so I didn't have to buy a new windshield. Complete waste of money and time. Seems like they do lackluster repair to force you into a new windshield. I will never use Safelite again and will recommend everyone I know to do the same.

I am so upset with Safelite. What a poor way to show customer service. I brought my 2024 Camry to them for windshield replacement and shortly after leaving it with them they called and informed me that they would not complete the install of a keyless keypad on the drivers side windshield. They do not stock the double sided tape to complete this part of the install. I told them that I believed that this was part of their job and the manager still refused to do the work. I am paying them approximately $1400 and with that amount I would expect a complete job. I asked them why this lack of completed work was not explained to me prior to my leaving and he did not have an answer. So not only are they incompetent but they are too lazy to walk out to the customers car for a review and a conformation of the work to be completed. Now I have to go to a dealership to have the work completed.

Rear glass was installed, but the tech did not install the rear wiper motor/arm. The wiper was installed on the motor shaft when it was removed by the tech. With the locking nut tightened it forced the arm onto the shaft locking it in and would not come off. He advised my wife to take to Mercedes Benz dealer for installation. Washed his hands of it and out the repair on my wife. This is an insurance claim - now turned into me paying for the repair. Mercedes tech used special tool to remove. The arm is so tight on the shaft it will not come off.The special puller started to damage the arm. It will need a motor and an arm now. This will be an expensive repair! Now on me because someone didn't want to finish his job and take accountability for the mistake.

I recently has a rock fly up from the road and cracked my windshield, If I recall, it happened on a Thursday. After contacting my insurance company, I was transferred to Safelite Autoglass and within approximately 10 minutes of the initial call, I had an appointment with Safelite for the repair the next day. I was quotes an approximate completion time of 2 to 3 hours. The job was completed in about half of the quoted timeframe. I'm making relatively general statements due to time constraints, but I want to make it clear that the representative, from the phone to the counter to the technician, were all professional, efficient and very friendly. Should I have any other auto glass issues, I will surely go beck to Safelite and I highly recommend this business to anyone with a similar need.

Overall: Safelite's new shop is in a terrific location and easily accessible from most of the Triad-Greensboro area. Appearance: The Shop was clean and neat. Don't be confused by the signage or the lights; the lights don't turn on until 7:00 am, but the lobby opens shortly before. The signage indicates they open at 8:00 am, but first appointments begin at 7:00 am (online). Ammenities: Free wi-fi, coffee, and water bottles. All employees were smartly dressed, and the technicians were friendly. Time: My appointment window was 90-120 minutes, but I walked out in 61. Well done, Safelite! This is my third windshield and I would recommend them again.
