Safelite AutoGlass

Less than a week ago Safelite came out to replace my windshield on an insurance claim. Today at lunch the seal was hanging down from the tip of the windshield. Now it’s 9 10ths off. There isn’t any adhesive apparent. When I looked closely, I see that the header above the windshield is scratched. It was NOT prior to the replacement. I call and get their automated system - no humans. Prior to calling here I called Troy and they actually answer their phones. Now I’ve got to wait for another week for warranty work. And what about the scratch? Who TH knows? I’m sure it will be he said she said. Calling my insurance company. They answer their phone!

Had a Safelite technician named Kwenton out to my house today to work on my company vehicle. He did a great job—professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I do similar work, visiting customers’ homes every day, so I know how important it is to bring that kind of presence to the job. Appreciate the solid service, and props to Safelite for hiring the right kind of people.

Whoever answers the phone needs some classes on how to talk to people and not mumble every word. Multiple broken trim parts, and they expect me to take off work to come see them so they can see their mistakes. They came out to me to do the windshield, so they should come back out to fix their mistakes. Called the 800 number, and they scheduled someone to come to me. Don't use this location.

Safelite was a very professional company to deal with. They coordinated with my insurance company and got back to me when the company was slow to respond to the claim. The people I talked to on the phone and the serviceman were so friendly, accommodating, and professional. I highly recommend Safelite and will be using them for my future needs. What you see in their TV ads is just what you get.

I was driving down the freeway this morning and a rock hit my windshield put a chip mark in the windshield I went over to Safelite auto glass this afternoon in Southfield Mi and when they got done, it looked like nothing never happened special thanks to Renee who waited on me at the counter. She was very professional very polite very courteous and very knowledgeable special thanks to the technician Brian for doing such a Fabulous job keep up the good work that you all do because customer service is very important.

So I need a new windshield so why not Safelite but I always do my homework first before dealing with somebody new and looking at this business at multiple locations they reviews are terrible and everybody keeps saying the same thing scratches wrong windshield or the adhesive is coming off in poor customer service so I think I'm going to pass and take my money elsewhere the search continues I guess it's true with people say nobody wants to work anymore because your employees can't seem to do their job giving them a paycheck for nothing. Yeah here's some more feedback for you I recommend everybody who's thinking about going here go to Glass Doctor of Livonia I went there perfect service in there reviews online are great definitely check them.
