Great experience with Safelite. Technician Mike was great. Timely, professional and solid communication throughout the process. So convenient too -- came right to the house. Also they handled all communication with insurance company making the claims process simple. Will definitely use again for any windshield issues. Highly recommend.

The absolute worst service that I have ever received. Technician crashed my car into the first available thing in the parking lot in front of me. Safelite offers no solution to the damage that they can cause to your car besides insisting you create an insurance claim on your own insurance when a technician was the one who drove my car. Insurance agent stated store manager accepted fault when he shouldn't have. DON'T LET THEM DRIVE YOUR CAR. Store Manager or Quality guy also offered to credit me back my paid deductible which Safelite did not do after numerous requests. Store Manager almost impossible to talk to. Customer Service will talk-over you non-stop talking about nothing. Windshield ended up being severley misaligned and Quality said they would most likely not solve or refund. Don't give them your business. They will charge you to damage your car...

Technician Mike was professional, notified me when he was on his way, on time, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fun to deal with even though I didn't need to be there. He did a excellent job on a full windshield replacement. Had it finished faster than expected. Excellent job!

Horrible experience with this company overall. Safelite needs to do a better job managing scheduling conflicts—especially when it comes to parts availability and short notice cancellations. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times due to a lack of supplies or defective parts, none of which was my fault. They should confirm with the local stores or technicians ahead of time to make sure the necessary parts are available and that the replacement can actually be completed. Instead, I ended up wasting time and repeatedly rescheduling.To make matters worse, their call center was completely unhelpful. When I called to try to get answers or escalate the issue, I was told there was nothing they could do. No solutions, no compensation, not even the ability to directly contact the location handling my appointment. (I specifically asked to speak to their store manager). It felt like a dead end, with no real accountability or customer service

Great Windshield service at a very good price. I was warmly greeted at the counter upon arrival by Tressa. My appointment was confirmed and she examined my vehicle to verify that the new windshield was correct. My 1998 Jaguar is not very common but they were able to get the glass. I have a $500 Insurance Deductible so I paid out of pocket. The technician knew the ins & outs of fitting a windshield to my particular vehicle. I was very pleased with the entire process.

We had a full windshield replacement and from scheduling to completion it was great. The weather wasn’t cooperating for the service to happen at our home, so we took our truck into the shop. Scheduling was easy either online or by phone, the customer service representatives were all great & all the technicians were too!
