Excellent service from Ed. I scheduled an appointment at 10AM on a Saturday and was told online that it would take 2-4 hours. I was okay with that. In reality it only took less than a hour and a half. When we arrived, the building was welcoming with coffee and television on in the waiting area. Ed came from the back, greeted us and did the proper inspection of the entire car. He brought us back and showed us a part of the windshield that was already peeling back, as well as the glass that he would be using as a replacement. We left the car there and he called me when it was finished. Very nice service all around. I will use Safelite again!

I don't know why, but you will NOT get ahold of an actual person at this Salisbury shop. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, trying. Two woman on the Safelite cooperate number "assured" me that this shop will have the hinge that my wife's rear lift gate glass attaches to, but I wanted to confirm since my wife had to drive 45 minutes to get to the shop. After 1.5 hours of phone calls and online chatting, I finally had a woman from the cooperate office get in touch with the shop in Salisbury, and they said they will NOT have the parts for the hinge. This is why I wanted to confirm. My wife would've wasted 2 -3 hours of her time, if I wouldn't have confirmed this.

The whole experience was a 10/10! Billy is such an amazing technician, he called me before he arrived while I was at work and was so friendly and professional. He got my windshield replaced in about an hour and even vacuumed my car out after he was finished and cleaned the surfaces. He was an exceptional technician and deserves all the praise! He made this unpleasant experience of a cracked windshield make a 180 with his professionalism and kindness. I would recommend the service to everyone.

Scheduled my windshield replacement service (a very simple and quick process, the website is super easy to navigate), needed to be rescheduled twice due to awaiting necessary parts (first time) and potential rain (second time). I was ultimately refunded a portion of the cost, as a result of needing to be rescheduled. That was a really nice consideration. Appointment day, the technician was prompt and efficient. He had the job done in less than 2 hours and when he left, the only indication he'd been there was my shiny new windshield, free of the gigantic crack it had been sporting for the past year. The technician was also very tolerant of our barn cat, as well as the rogue chicken running around the back yard. I'm appreciative of that as well! All in all, fantastic experience (can't blame mother nature for impeding on initial plans, and I was fine to wait until Safelite could confirm that they had all of the proper materials necessary). Communication was top tier, and technicians are punctual and respectful. Hoping this windshield replacement is the only one I'll ever need, but I will absolutely highly recommend Safelite to friends and family and will be a returning customer if I find myself in need again. Thanks, y'all! Keep up the great work!

I thought Citibank, State Government or Verizon had the worst customer service, but Safelite wins the award. I make an appointment online and even prepay the deductible to have the Annapolis office do the mobile work. Day of the appointment and the links to the appointment info have disappeared. The appointment canceled with no notification. I spend 2 hours trying to navigate the horrific chatbot, text a rep and finally speak with someone on the phone and they have no record of it even though my credit card was charged. Even go to their Annapolis office and don't get an explanation. I reschedule with the Salisbury office for an AM appt. Almost noon and that office has the Glen Burnie office call me to say the tech called in sick. So you take off work and wait around and they can't call you until the end of the window to say they 'called out sick'. I don't believe that for a second. Terrible experience from the national franchise on down to multiple local branches. How is that hard when you do one thing? Order windshield, install windshield. Minimal customer contact needed, until it is, and it is not provided.

Husband drive 45mins along with a friend to drop off our car to be fixed the next day while we were on vacation. The next day we got a call that it couldn’t be fixed the wrong thing was ordered. We called and my husband spoke to a women and asked if it was on our end when we filled out everything and we were told no they ordered it wrong. We wanted to know because we now had to reschedule at a location back home and wanted to make sure if it was on our end we fixed and did the right thing for the order at home. My husband had our friend drive all the way back out there to pick up our not fixed car and was met with a very rude women who had an attitude. After he called me and told me about how she was when he picked up the car I called because I was very frustrated at this point with this entire situation. I asked for the manager but he wasn’t available I explained why I was calling and she tried to say she wasn’t rude and told me we were allowed to have our opinion but it wasn’t there fault it was our fault (after she told us this morning on the phone that it wasn’t our fault) to which I said I found it even more frustrating that they are now backtracking and I would call Monday to speak to the manager. Called to speak to a manager and he wasn’t very much help told me there were three sides to every story that the women shouldn’t have said that and nothing has been offered as a way to rectify the situation and the fact that wasted how much gas driving back and forth for nothing and the rude experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.
