I have made 3 appointments to this location since September and I still have a crack in my windshield…. Anytime I schedule online my appointment miraculously gets cancelled for the same reason DAY OF “the part came in damaged”. My last appointment was in November and they allowed me to bring in my car and let it sit in their parking lot for 5 hours but guess what? The part came in damaged.. Calling the business also gets you a robot. Please schedule elsewhere.

Safelite in Hagerstown provided me with an awful experience in a multitude of ways. The scheduled appointment was supposed to take 2-3 hours. I waited 4 and a half hours. Upon completion of my windshield replacement, I got in my car to find that there were shards of glass and dirt all over my dash, seats, and interior. They also forgot to cut out my state inspection sticker from my old windshield as well as my oil change sticker. This caused me to wait even longer. The next few days after I got home, I noticed a scratch in the hood of my car. It appears that the technician propped a windshield on my car and pivoted it, creating a circular scratch. When calling safelite, I took it back to the shop and showed the manager the damage. She stated that they could not have done this because, “there was a film on the scratch and we wouldn’t do that.” I park my car in a garage at home. My car is parked in a secure gated area for only two cars at work with cameras at all angles. There is no way the damage on my hood did not come from safelite. I am very disappointed with the service and how the manager, Sonya, handled this situation. Now I have to contact insurance to get this resolved. Update: My insurance company filed this as vandalism, and I had to have the entire hood of my car repainted. The auto body shop stated the circular scratch must have came from Safelite and also mentioned they have worked on multiple cars that were damaged by Safelite. Safelite did nothing to help during this process.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

My experience did not start not out great, however I quickly realized that my insurance company handling the scheduling was the issue. When Sonya from this location heard that i was having issues from scheduling to pricing, she IMMEDIATELY reached out to me personally to get it resolved. She went above and beyond to make sure all my issues that my insurance company started were taken care of so my expirience went more smoothly. The customer service at this location is top tier and i will recommend them to friends and family.

Ok, I have not took service from this place yet but I am writing review totally based on appointments and call service. I was scheduled for my hyundai palisade appointment windshield replacement for Saturday 8am and they did not call me till I drove 30 miles to their location at 8.05am that the windshield they received is damaged and they did not know. Later they scheduled appointment for following Monday and when I told I can only make it on Saturday they agreed saying it's fine, best part is when I call them on Wednesday to check if they received windshield and whether it's in good condition ... what I get to know is I have appointment scheduled for Thursday at 1pm. So I am calling this place whole afternoon and no one is picking up the call. Have added photo of me reaching at their location on Saturday 8am and going back home. They do not consider other people go through so much hassle. Review only for appointment and call service.....worst appointment service and call service To add to my update: I did posted review around 2.30 and this line is posted around 4.06PM. I also happened to talk to them through some different number, they did agree of the receiving my windshield but told me they verify if its damaged or not and will get back to me in 30 minutes and its almost 1hour 30 minute and no calls from them.... I still stand on my above review WORST CALL AND APPOINTMENT SERVICE. I will update my review to add the service they provide for replacing my windshield.

Had an appointment scheduled with Safelite in Martinsburg, WV for over a week and I get a call on the morning of my appointment that there is a large scratch on my windshield. How do you wait till the morning of the appointment to inspect the windshield! Not happy at all with Safelite so will be going to the dealership Monday, unfortunately I will have to pay twice as much.

Everyone involved with the process of getting a new windshield was very helpful and their communication was outstanding. The technician was very professional and courteous, he insured that I knew everything that I needed to know about the care of my new windshield. The women on the phone who I spoke with about billing were very informative, patient and understanding. While I waited to figure out if my insurance had any coverage for the windshield. I was able to put my card information online in advance very easily. All in all this was a 10 out of 10 experience
