Had to have 2 windows replaced on my driver's side, was scheduled for Tuesday and the tech came out and let me know I need a window switch replaced before they could do the work, I had it done the next day, rescheduled for Friday 7/5/24, they called me to reschedule for next Wednesday 7/10, I asked if there was any other options, they had me bring it to their shop and was told it would be done by Saturday, well about 3 hours later I received a text telling me my vehicle was completed! Granted they had a few cancellations but they got it in and done! The staff at this location was excellent, couldn't ask for nicer people, Thanks again!

Warning! There is no manager there to work issues if you should have one like I did. Service Techs said the manager left 2 weeks ago and while I waited there on Friday the phone rang unanswered for 2 hours and 40 minutes. They broke both struts on my Jeeps rear window because they installed them upside down. Worse they told me the job was done and had me pay before I could get my keys to inspect. When I opened the rear window, one strut fell off and the window nearly fell closed. I could see both ends of the struts were broken and mangled. The other one looked odd too. Then I saw the 3/4 inch label stating "Body" with an arrow. They put them on upside down and when they didn't fit they must have squeezed the hell out of them to get them to break. I took the strut that fell off back inside to the lead Service Tech and he said they only warranty glass not the struts they broke. Do yourself a favor and reschedule your appointment somewhere else. The dealership would have been a better and cheaper option for me at this point. I won't return even when they have a Manager to talk with. Not worth your trouble. Had my first windshield replacement back in October. About a month later the rear view mirror fell off so I scheduled a warranty appointment. After the warranty appointment, I noticed my A pillar trim was all butchered up, seals were put on in a shotty looking manner, rain sensing wipers don’t work, and the rear view mirror is still absurdly lose. The manager told me he was going to be ordering the parts to fix it. But now a month later, parts are still magically on “back order”. I do not find this to be an acceptable response and hope this location reaches out to me soon with a solution. Update: getting work done tomorrow so will give them a chance to make things right.

Just wanted to thank my technician Benjamin and pass on how impressed I was with his services! It's not often to find an honest, friendly (But still professional) person who was completely up front about what the actual issues were with my vehicle! I was thouroghly impressed that he was honest and even gave me the option that would have saved me a couple HUNDRED dollars! I still had him replace my windshield(even though it was not what was causing the horrible leaking issue in my Jeep!) And am thoroughly pleased with that outcome as well. Thank you again! You have a GREAT employee and hope he is valued as such!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. This company has zero communication and after a third attempt, they are still unable to provide the materials and service requested. Asked for an OEM replacement, they supplied an aftermarket economy windshield. The technician was sloppy, destroyed my molding, never cleaned up after himself, and left broken clips laying around outside and inside my vehicle along with the dirt and debris associated with the removal. They also never even cleaned the windshield!!! This company is a chain of that is obviously too large to care about their customers and employee choices. Learn from my mistake, choose a local company for windshield glass replacement.

This is my second experience with Safelite AutoGlass. My first visit was in Hagerstown, MD and more recently (01.30.24) I visited Frederick, MD. The first time they had to replace my entire windshield on a 2013 Prius and the second time they had to repair a ding in my 2023 Prius, so I have had experience with both a Repair and Replacement. Both times I had a great experience. JEN checked me in and confirmed the repair was covered by my car insurance, while DWAYNE worked on filling the ding. There was a TV and coffee station in the lounge area and I barely got situated and my windshield was ready. It was less than 15 minutes; I was happily surprised it was a simple fix. Attached are before and after photos of the ding. It is normal to still be able to see small lines after repair. I was also told if the ding changed into a crack and started traveling across my windshield, they would replace the windshield and it would be covered. Win-Win!!
