If I could give no stars, I would. Worst customer experience I've had ever.. I had a service rep come to my house and change my windshield, they damaged the mirror bracket and used an awful looking glue to stick it back on, significantly reducing the value of my vehicle. I've been going to their office to get a replacement, since JUNE without any traction or resolution. The lady at reception, who needs a whole review on her own because she's extremely nonchalant to helping resolve this, is of no help. I'll be escalating this matter to the office of consumer protection until this is resolved. I do not recommend doing business with this specific location. The link they provide in their replies sends you right back to the same people who will do nothing about your issue, do not be fooled.

**update 2 - Safelite apologized and the work was done well. *update 1: they recalibrated and installed the glass, and it’s great. But…. My experience wasn’t. TL/DR : Imagine getting an eye-roll/big sigh for being on-time, and the person behind the desk seems irritated that you exist as you're bringing their shop a nearly $800 work order... and they give you this "you're late" attitude KNOWING they dont even have your new glass IN their shop. In fact, it hasn't been delivered yet. I know life is hard, but... come on. Let's work together. Longer original version: ***deleted*** Just so you know, the screenshots show my appointment time for an 8+ hour slot and I was exactly on time for the 9:30 appointment. I gave you 3 of my days off, Safelite. I appreciate the apology, Safelite. But it might be easier to swallow if you honored the $90 coupon that I originally applied to my order.

Outstanding Service and Quality from Safelite AutoGlass! I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite AutoGlass, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, their service was seamless, professional, and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was incredibly easy, and their technician arrived right on time, ready to get to work. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough, explaining the process and making sure everything was done perfectly. Not only was the installation quick, but the quality of the new glass was fantastic—it looks just like it did when my car was brand new! The convenience, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set Safelite apart from the rest. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of auto glass repair or replacement!

I went in for my SCHEDULED appointment on Saturday 1/11, arrived on time waited 20 minutes only to be told that I couldn’t get service. Reason being, my windshield had been delivered earlier that week and rejected by the manager. Upset about their waste of my time, called back Monday morning, to then be told by the manager that the issue would be resolved and someone could come to my job and service me. Service technician shows up that Tuesday 1/14 around 2pm. Starts the work only to stop upon recognizing that the windshield he brought was not the correct one. Now I’m furious, speak to the manager again, in which she ASSURED me of a discount for my inconveniences, scheduled an appointment for Saturday 1/18 with a 1-6pm window. Called Safelite in Columbia, spoke with someone, who put me on hold and then eventually hung up! Called the manager on her personal cell (only acquired because she called me first), NO answer and no answer at the shop!!! Never got a call back and they never showed on a 1-6 SATURDAY window?!?!? As if I had nothing else to do on my weekend!!!! I’m done and I never even got started

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went to have my front windshield replaced and not only did the technician end up cracking the new one, they returned my car with the rear view mirror removed and lying in the console. Apparently the technician cracked the new windshield while reinstalling the rear view mirror. So their solution was to give me my car back, schedule me for a new windshield and have me driving my car without a rear view mirror for more than a week! They did not charge me for the windshield because they cracked it but to think they thought it was safe and legal to have me drive my car for over a week without a rear view mirror?! Completely unbelievable! And I had to insist they figure it out before they partially reattached the rear view mirror. There are still parts of the rear view mirror that they left in the console and the passenger seat. Never mind the small pieces of glass I found inside the car. I called the headquarters and complained and will certainly not be going back to them or any Safelight for that matter. From my experience their work is shoddy, their technician was unprofessional and they actually created a dangerous driving situation for me. The fact that the new wind screen cracked also begs the question about the quality of the product to start with. Not worth the headache or safety risk in my opinion. Again, I would avoid this place.

I hadn’t even received work done yet and got fed up with this company to where I canceled my appointment. Danny was called on Friday, Jan 25 from Mike W. to order a part for my vehicle. On Saturday I receive a call from a female wanting to know what part to order so she order the part at that time. Come Monday, January 27, I get a call from a person who identified himself as Danny to get my vehicle information. He also claims he was just seeing the request on his desk to which I called him out on his lie (Lie #1). What Danny didn’t know was I was standing next to Mike W. when he called to tell him to call in the order. I then ask as confirmation was his name Danny? and he flat out said no. I told him I listen very well and clearly heard him identify himself as Danny ( Lie # 2). He then proceeded to tell me in order for him to call in to request the part, I had to schedule another appointment. He said the part should be in Friday, January, 31. If not we can reschedule. I explained to Danny that I have already taken off from work two days now for this and I am not going to take off a third day for me to get another call to say the part hadn’t come in. I have never heard of such bull to where you can’t place an order for a part unless you schedule an appointment. By this time, I felt Safelite in Columbia were playing games and I lost trust in this company before they had the chance to do any work. Although I scheduled another appointment with them for a second option I immediately called another company who had all the parts that was needed and was available the next day (January 29) to complete the work as well as professional. You’ll never have to worry about me contacting this place again. I rather drive with all my windows broken out before would call again for service. Terrible impression for a first time customer. Update: January 30, can you believe Danny had the nerve to call me again to confirm what I needed for my car again? Unbelievable. I was happy to tell him I cancelled and already got the work done through another company the following day.
