They requested Yelp but, um no. But I will tell you I had a great experience there. Did a drop and go... the car was done sooner than expected which was great. Most importantly, I had concerns about my rain auto sensor. And though they couldn't resolve my particular issue, not only did they listen but the tech took the initiative to make calls to dealers to see what could be done. This is what I call true customer service. I would highly recommend this shop. UPDATE: Not sure what they did but my intermittent wipers are now working! After making THREE different appointments I received a phone call at 5 pm THE DAY BEFORE my appointment saying they needed my policy number . I have given it to them MULTIPLE times and was told that if I called the number they l gave me I could a fast track to get my information. The insurance "liason" from Safelite I spoke with ASSURED ME my insurance would be in order by my appointment. Well, when I showed up for my 9 am appointment I was told my paperwork was not ready and I would either have to cancel or pay out of pocket. The lady behind the counter, who called me LAST MINUTE yesterday, didn't even have the DECENCY TO CALL ME before I left my house 20 MINUTES AWAY. And before you think maybe she didn't know, as soon as I walked through the door she COULDN'T WAIT to tell me that my insurance info had not been taken care of yet. I WILL NEVER USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. Thanks for wasting my timeNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Scheduled glass repair service for a dent in my windshield. Had no idea what to expect as this was a first for me. It was so easy to make an appointment online-I was able to get an appointment within days. The actual service took under 30mins. The waiting area was clean. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and respectful, and my windshield looked better than I thought. I really appreciated the receptionist talking me out of adding new windshield wipers to my service after I told her I had bought my current ones within the last 6 months…rather than pressuring me to add on for extra money. It was a great experience from start to finish!

Had my windshield replaced on Tuesday 9/20 by a Safelite technician by the name of Luis. He left a 15 inch scratch along the roof where he installed windshield. I noticed the scratch as he was trying to leave, and when asked about it he told me he had taken before pictures and proceeded to tell me that because of my SUV being gray, that you couldn’t see clearly if it was there previously. He showed me all the pictures and there was no scratch on the one shot he had of the roof. I went to the office this morning to have them take a look at the scratch and all of the sudden there’s a new picture at the end of the list, with the scratch put in as a before picture. Anyone with a brain that sees the scratch will know that it is consistent with the installation of a windshield. I wish they would just admit the wrongdoing since I understand accidents do happen. I will not be back ever again and being in the auto body business I will make sure people stay far away.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Recently I had my windshield replaced by Safelite at this location. A few weeks later I noticed an issue with my windshield wiper fluid connection. I utilized my replacement warranty, and made an at home appointment. The manager Adam was extremely professional, responsive and made the process very smooth! Diego, the technician who came to my home thoroughly assessed my vehicle. He was knowledgeable, diligent and even transported it back to the shop, which was super convenient! Together Adam and Diego quickly and correctly fixed the problem! They had my car back to me in no time, didn't charge me anything and we're extremely communicative the entire time! This company definitely backs their work and takes care of their customers, and I'd highly recommend their service!

Fast service, very polite employees and the job was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Very satisfied with the work. Had my rear window in a 2018 subaru outback replaced. Update 3.1.2028 As noted above, work was completed in April 2024. Recently, my car was rear-ended in an accident. The car was taken to a body shop , and they informed me that the spoiler needed to be replaced due to the excessive amount of glue used during the glass install. Safelite warranty services were called, but it was extrodinarily difficult to get in touch with a live person. Eventually, I did I, and it was the manager. The manager said that one of his technicians would go out to the body shop on Friday to look at it. At this time, I am unsure if they did go out there as I have not been updated. When the issue is resolved, I will update my review. Since I do not have a rental, this may be slowing down the process of my car getting repaired quickly. Same day update, Saflite contacted me and are working on resolving the issue. The manager personally went out to my body shop to inspect the part. That's huge, and I appreciate the gesture and the return calls.
