I won’t go back to this location. I got my windshield replaced here and when I got my car back there were 3 very thin scratches on the new windshield and when driving in direct sunlight it seems to glare in and into my eyes. When I called them back the worker told me to bring it back so he could take a look at it. I brought it back and he apologized and said one of the techs might have missed it and set me up with another appointment and said they would replace it. When I arrived at my next appointment I dropped my car off and received a call from one of the workers and he said he couldn’t find the scratches so I had to go back to safelite to show them where the scratches were. He then tried to blame it on my windshield wipers and I pointed out that I brought back the same day and showed another worker. He then said I was all set to leave the car and they would replace it. I received a call 45 minutes later to pick my car up. The windshield was never replaced. The scratches are still there. It’s like they had me leave and called me a little later to make it seem like they did something with the windshield. As well as some damage done to my windshield area. The paint was scratched where they clearly were working on and the piece under the windshield that is supposed holding down the glass was not secured and has come out.

Got my car back recently and it’s full of glass. I started noticing small pieces on the backseat and tried to be understanding. Maybe things shifted when I drove the vehicle home. However, when I opened my trunk there were shards everywhere, and a pile that had formed in the corner. The installation seems to have been done correctly, but I can’t say I’m not disappointed. **Edit. Owner responded it’s a courtesy… but it’s a curtesy every auto glass replacement company offers. This picture was also taken shortly after I left, so there wasn’t much time for glass to “shift around” in my car. This is pretty close to how your technician left it. They put the tarp I used to cover my car in the trunk and forgot to clean out the glass. I’d have more respect for your business if you had just owned up to that. Reviewed edited from 2 stars to 1.

Update - if you want the job done right, DO NOT recommend!! Brought my windshield in for a replacement and the service only took an hour and fifteen minutes… which would have been great if everything was done correctly - instead, they managed to break my high beams in the process. I called them to address this and was told that the recalibration was done incorrectly and scheduled an appointment to bring it in to be fixed. However, an hour and a half after my 2nd appointment, I received another call saying that they did not in fact break them and that it was a “coincidence” despite my high beams working perfectly prior to Safelite handling my vehicle. I immediately brought my car to my Honda dealership who went above & beyond to fix the problem caused by the windshield replacement. —————————————————————————— Guys in the shop are very friendly/helpful, my car was taken on time, and the windshield replacement was done in a timely manner! They are also great communicators - I got a text when the vehicle was taken and completed and also received a phone call when my car was ready. Overall happy with my experience and it only took about an hour fifteen from start to finish!

had windshield replaced at Chicopee ma. they made 2 scratch's on back lip of hood and left truck very dirty mark tried to say that whoever replaced wipers did it until i told him it is a brand new truck and no one but him has ever worked on it when i asked him why they left also left it so dirty he said "we don't clean cars" after he looked at shop camera's he said they would fix at there body shop after many phone calls and emails this did not happen i had it fixed at body shop of my choice and i will go tyo small claims court to make them pay for repairs check reviews on this location and you will not go to them if i could give them less them 1 star i would have

Filed a Glass claim with AllState and was directed to SafeLite for repairs and replacements. Everything from start to finish was great! Website is user friendly. I was able to make an appt without any issues. I received text alerts soon after. The tech (Walter) was great! Arrived on time. Answered every question I had. Was thorough every step of the way from cleaning the glass and looking for imperfections due to rocks, etc. He even found a spot I didn't know existed! My other car needed a new windshield, which was done nice as well. Good job all around. I highly recommend SafeLite AutoGlass for anything glass related to your vehicles. You won't be disappointed!
