The service that we received was superb! Steven did great job listening to us and responding clearly to all of our questions. He did everything he explained and left us with a beautiful, intact windshield. However, I was perplexed by the process leading up to that point. I had originally scheduled an appointment on-line when I needed a safe car for my wife to operate. I was given a price of $563.49 which I was to pay out of pocket. After booking that appointment, I received another quote from Safelite for the same service at $304.75 plus discounts from on-line coupons I had found for the first appointment but was denied. The end result was a total of $297.27. I cancelled the first appointment, preferring to pay $266.22 less. As I said, we were subsequently exceptionally pleased with the work that Steven performed and the attention to detail that he demonstrated.

This year, I needed both my windshield and driver side glass repaired. They replaced my windshield but now my windshield washer sprayers don’t work, and a plastic piece on the inside of the windshield keeps falling off. For the driver side glass, I had an appointment for 8 AM to 12 PM. With no communication whatsoever about a delay in arrival time, the tech showed up at 3 PM, and then canceled my appointment as I had left to pick up my kids by that point. A few years ago I used a different Safelite location to replace my windshield, which resulted in significant damage to the columns on either side of the windshield which then needed to be repaired. I have used Safelite three times, and none of those times provided a simple or satisfactory experience. Plus trying to get anyone on the phone to discuss any of these issues is a hair-pulling frustrating process.The single star is because they are friendly and polite to interact with.

DO NOT go to this place!!!!!! My insurance scheduled a mobile appointment with this shop, the tech arrived a few days later and he broke the new windshield. The tech said he would put on an inspection sticker on the "new" (broken) windshield so that I could still drive, but he took off without doing it and without saying a word. New tech arrives a week later to replace the previous tech's error, but said he did not know about the inspection sticker so I would need to call the office and he left. I called the main office they said they'd email the local shop. Called the local shop they do not answer the phone or put you on hold indefinitely so you hang up. The absolute worst Customer service in my life!!

I recently had my windshield replaced at Safelite, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Technician Frank was outstanding! He was professional, efficient, and very friendly. Frank took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions with a smile. The quality of the installation was top-notch, and my car looks as good as new. I highly recommend Safelite and Technician Frank for any windshield repairs or replacements. Thank you for the excellent service!

This company was incredibly easy to work with. They had appointments available right away and when I needed to change my appointment last minute they accommodated very easily. The technician showed up exactly within the timeframe and did a great job. It would be so wonderful to have all companies being this easy to deal with. Special thanks to Terry my technician who did a really great job and was easy to work with. He came right to my house and finished the job very quickly!

This is one more star than I would’ve liked to have given, but zero stars isn’t an option. This location had to reschedule my appointment four times because they had the wrong part, couldn’t access their online system, and then no showed on me twice. Calling somebody at 12:50 and asking if they’re available later on in the afternoon after you just missed the 8:00 to 12 o’clock window is absolutely insane. At this point, I’ve given up 16 hours of work sitting around waiting for people that never got the work done. When I mentioned that the manager said I don’t need to be there for the installation even though each of the first two times someone showed up they needed me to reschedule the appointment Because they couldn’t perform the work. And out of curiosity if I don’t need to be there, but my car does how am I supposed to get to work teleport?
