Wow I called to see if I can get a 8 am appointment at this location and you have to give them all your information before they can tell you if they can. I live in Florida flying out of MSY tomorrow and needed a small chip in my windshield repaired. Should have been super easy yes we can or no we can’t. Torture calling them ! Never ever again.

Great customer service, the whole team there were very helpful with getting me fixed and back on the road. This is not the first time I've used them and won't be the last. I highly recommend them because they're very attentive and do an awesome job. Thanks for the great service and making my day better after not starting off so good. 👍

Safelite has the best service techs period. Great communication, on time, organized and fast. Truth be told, if I wanted to do the windshield replacement next time myself I wouldn’t. My service tech made it look so easy, why would I bother with it. At the price and service level, I will never DIY on these jobs. Safelite repair, Safelite replace is my thinking from now on! I was in crisis mode due to shattering back windshield of a rental. This store should be the example of how to care for a customer. They truly went above and beyond. Not only did they squeeze me in, so that I can get back on road, but they also gave me a ride to get back to spending time with my family while car was being repaired. I felt like I was VIP status. My windshield was not replaced with the same quality of the original one. I had a tinted windshield across the top, which helped with the glare on sunny days while driving. My replacement is a clear windshield that reflects the dash in the drivers view, making it very hard to drive and see well. I am very unsatisfied with the windshield replacement. However, my technician was extremely nice and professional. I did not have a good experience with customer service scheduling my appointment which made me have to call back three times to get the appointment set up.
