Scheduled online, quick and easy, affordable pricing, they came to me which was really convenient. The commercials on TV are real. Safelite does replace very well, my windshield was pretty bad, bought the car with a huge crack like as of they hit an animal in it, but after Safelite came, looks like nothing ever happened. Love my new windshield! Thank you Safelite, definitely will recommend them, very quick service and come when they say they will.

Second time using Alexandria Safelite. Had nothing but fast, professional, and friendly service. Most recently, David came on-site to our house to replace our front windshield. He took extra time to point out some maintenance things for us to look for that he had observed over time. Will definitely use Alexandria Safelite for all of my glass replacement/repair needs.

I had a chip repair and was told to leave the keys in my vehicle and all would be handled. I said ok I will be sleeping because I'm working nights and if not I'll need a different appointment. They said no just leave the keys in it and nothing else will be needed from you. So I'm sleeping and he comes knocking on the door so the kids come Wake me up saying that he needs me. I was mad but I went and he asked me to sign. I told him I clearly said I would be sleeping and I wouldn't be bothered. He went to work on it I went back to bed well he was knocking again. I had to get up again for him to tell me it didn't work that the windshield broke. I was really mad then. I could have scheduled this for a day off. The was very unprofessional and I'm highly disappointed and disgusted with the whole process.

Was to get windshield replaced between 8-12. They called at 730 and gave me update that I would be their 2nd appointment, cool. Car was at an auto repair shop. I called the repair shop at 4 to see if my car was ready and to ask them if the windshield was replaced. They said the tech showed up for 5 min then left without explanation to them or a phone call to me. So now I go through the hassle of trying to get a hold of them. Once they finally answer their phone, they said that the rearview mirror bracket was different and they couldn’t replace the windshield. It would’ve been nice to know and to have a phone call within the hours of service instead I had to call them and get the information out of them. They said they were busy But a phone call takes less than five minutes to explain a situation. Communication is key and customer service which this Safelite truly lacks.

Safelite staff were very friendly and quick to get ta checked in once ya walked in the door. I just needed a repair on my car's windshield but they were quick and efficient. The guy that did the repair was nice and answered any questions that I had about everything. He did a great job with the repair. We have used Safelite in the past as well as in a different state and we are never disappointed with Safelite. I highly recommend them to anyone that need glass work done on their vehicles.
