We work third shift and had our tech come in the morning. Well we were 💤sleep when he came, but he never left. He continued to call, text and waited, until he made contact with us. Grateful is an understatement because I would have left and called it a day. The guys name was Noah. He was fast, considerate, patient, like everything you always want from the service you pay to receive. He educated me on the do’s and don’ts. It’s unusual in my experience to encounter genuine service, and understanding when you really needed it. Thanks Noah, safelite is sure lucky to have people like you🫡.

I was initially told my service could last 3 hours but it only took one. I was updated, via text, on each phase of the windshield replacement and calibration. The lobby was clean and had chairs with articulating chair backs, which I greatly appreciated. The lobby also had tables with chairs where you could sit and work or possibly a child could sit and color. Bathroom appeared to be nice and clean as well. Everyone was friendly and it couldn’t have gone better.

I tried having a window other than a windshield replaced on my car. I set up an appointment. They call me the morning of inform me they haven't gotten the glass yet and they rescheduled my appointment. Nbd things happen. That second appointment gets rescheduled 5 minutes till the end of the no heads up. I call to find out what happened and they don't have the glass still. I complain they promise a credit and reschedule again. They call me in the morning saying they still don't have the glass but they're trying. I call three days later to get an update and am informed they never ordered my glass and my service appointment was cancelled. Absolutely rediculous. And I'm still waiting on my refund.

This was our second visit to Safelite for a window replacement. The first time was for rock damage to a windshield on our months old new car. This time it was because some clowny kids decided to smash the rear passenger side window in my truck. Our customer service was great both times. On the first visit they were able to get the OEM windshield approved by insurance since the vehicle was “new”. This second visit they made sure they had the correct replacement window and the installation was completed quickly. I received text message status which helped us plan for picking up the vehicle. They did a great job.

After my first appointment was set they rescheduled because they 'couldn't get the glass on the truck'. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment they still did not have the glass. On my third visit they replaced the back glass, but when I got home I found lots of shattered glass still in my trunk. I also found two 'spare' screws that I can only imagine went to some part of my trim that is no longer attached correctly. I'm also hearing glass move around in my hatchback lid when I open and close it.
