I’m sorry we just don’t have placemats for your car while we replace your window so here’s some mud on the baseboard carpet hope you can clean it out! I was so excited to get my broken glass replaced and ugh the experience was good with the exception that one of the managers didn’t care about my situation just played it down let the picture show you what I found when i picked up my car. Also let’s not forget I found small fragments of glass all over dashboard. Still waiting for a call back but no one seems to care

Contrary to what the reviews say, the customer service here was pleasant. I brought my Lexus for a windshield replacement, and they were able to add a coupon which was appreciated. Not only that, but my mother also tagged along and she had a crack in her window and they took time out of their busy day to fix it. They didn’t have to do that. It was greatly appreciated. They even stuck back my iPass back onto the windshield. It’s the little things. I definitely recommend this location! Traveled from Naperville and it was well worth it.

This was my first time working with Safelite. It was easy and quick to get an appointment online. I actually was able to get in the same day! There are several options, you can pay extra to have them come to your house or you can visit one of their convenient locations. They were easy, quick, professional and very communicative during my visit. There is even a room with televisions and snacks to occupy you while you wait. I was able to get some work done, but not too much since the repair didn't take long at all. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The receptionist was the best part of my experience. She was kind and thorough. My appointment was scheduled for December 30 2023 at 9:30am and I was told it would take about two hours to complete a windshield replacement. I did not receive a call back until 12:50pm that my car was ready. Not only did my car take over 3 hours, my speaker was not properly reconnected after the service. Lucky for me, my husband is a mechanic and was able to fix it for me so I didn't have to make another trip. The windshield itself looked okay, but could have definitely looked better around the glass. Based on the edges of the windshield it looked like it was a rushed job (scratches on the sealant). I definitely will not be returning here for any additional services.

The staff was surprisingly helpful, charming and gracious. I was greeted on the outside of the building! They literally opened the door for me. I went for a walk,they put my windshield on my car in an hour and a half. Easy peasy and that was with the calibration to the camera. Not to mention the amazing feeling I received from Sue. Thanks so much Sue for granting me my savings I was supposed to receive online and then some. You listened to me and I couldn’t have imagined a better feeling from your customer service and employees attention to detail! I will tell my friends to go here when needing work done on their windows!

The customer service here was amazing! We took in our 2014 Volkswagon Jetta and it was done in less than an hour. We have had an IPass sitting in the car that we keep forgetting to get stickers for to hold up for a while now. When we got back in the car to take it home they had attached stickers and put it up on the windshield for us. The attention to detail is awesome. I hope we never need a new windshield again, but if we do we will definitely be coming back here!
