I am a wallflower at best and the easy and streamlined process of Safelite was stress free. I'm gunna sound like a paid ad here but I am terrified of talking on the phone and setting appointments up. I went on the website, entered my info and insurance stuff and got a date set for the appointment. Everything was upfront and easy to understand too. Prices were easy to see and access, claims for insurance was simple. They came on appointment day and was finished quickly and the technician made sure to answer any questions I had. I have never had anything car related be so easy and quick. I will be shouting to all my friends and family to use this company for window and windshield cracks and damage. Thank you Safelite!!!!

My technician Phillip gave me a call in the beginning of his shift to let me know around what time he would show up. He showed up promptly gave me the rundown on how the procedure works and how long it would take. When the procedure was finished, he cleaned up his mess both interior of the car and exterior. He showed great customer service when I had questions of concern and also solution to those questions. He was very friendly and confident, and worked hard to finish the Task. If he’s not already a supervisor or manager, he needs to be. thanks, Philip for your superior service!

I accidentally broke the rear window on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler.. I have glass protection through my insurance company and they hooked me up with Safelite who I have used before to replace my windshield.. Twice.. I would not even think of going anywhere else other than Safelite.. They gave me a choice of bringing my vehicle in or having a technician come right to my house and fix it.. Naturally that is what I chose.. They gave me a window of when to expect a technician.. He arrived and actually finish the work within that window.. They send me a picture of exactly who I would be dealing with.. The technician was driving a safe flight vehicle.. He was dressed in a safelight uniform and introduced himself upon arrival.. He was very friendly and personable.. It was an absolutely overall amazing experience.. Like I said in a similar situation where I needed some glass replaced I would not even consider anybody else.. If you've never used Safelite I think you should,, you will not be disappointed.. 😎

Never again going to use this location, definitely taking my business somewhere else, sent two cars for glass replacement first car came back with a torn windshield washer line which runs under the hood and deep scratches on the hood with debris all over the dashboard from removing old glass and sealant, foot prints all over the driver and passenger side door steps. Thought it’s a mistake and I cleaned the interior and working on getting the touch up marker to the hood. Sent my second car following week when I went to pick it up found same debris and foot prints all over the car, plus a dent on rear driver side door with red paint on it from car parked next to it. Someone slammed the door into my car. This time I requested manager and he was in a total denial like he doesn’t belong to this shop. Never even apologized to unsatisfied customer. You don’t deserve your position if you don’t make sure that your technicians treat each car like their own car and carefully inspect each one before hand it to the customer. My dad had Safelite replace the rear window in his pickup truck. Installation seemed to go as expected. A month after the window was installed, he got home from work, closed his front door and the window behind the driver's side back seat busted from the inside out. My dad retuned to safelight the next morning and told them what happened. The guy pretty much dismissed him as soon as my dad got there by saying it wouldn't be covered under warranty without even seeing it. My dad said, you're not even going to go outside and look at it?! The guy humored him by going out there and as they walked up to the truck, he said, this isn't installation error or a defect, it looks like that was hit. It wasn’t hit. There was no one and. I thing in the back seat. The guy proceeds to walk up to the passenger side of the truck and slapped the window pretty hard and says, see, if it a defect or installed improperly, that would have broken the glass! My husband and I own a small business in the auto industry and we would never act like that! My dad ended up having to go through his insurance again and have it replaced at another business. Even if they weren't going to warranty the window, the behavior of this less than professional employee was uncalled for. If you expect any type of customer service, or even integrity, go somewhere else as you won't find that here!NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto rear window replacement

Had my windshield replaced here via insurance and had no problems. Repair was fast, it was calibrated correctly and OEM glass was used. Later someone smashed against my rear driver side window and caused a crash. Paid $500 to have an aftermarket window replacement and the tint doesn't match my tint. When I called I was told that I could take it elsewhere to have it retinted to match. I asked if I found an OEM window online if they could swap and the tech told me they don't do that. Someone else, a manager perhaps, suggested that I could source a window online, bring it in and they would swap. When I found a window online and called to double check before pulling the trigger, was told they don't do that.
