If I could give them 0 stars I would. We live over an hour away and sure this place got us in within a few days for my cracked windshield, as they were replacing it their incompetent workers cracked the new glass. I understand mistakes happen but the store manager Joe was extremely rude about it and didn’t own up to it or offer us any earlier appointments. Not to mention the gas we had to pay for to get there and back and the 3/4 tank they needed to recalibrate it that got wasted since they broke the glass. Never going back here and I wouldn’t waste your time at this location either. Do better safelite!!!

I typically do not write reviews but sharing this might help save someone time and frustration. I took my daughter’s car to have her windshield replaced at the Safelite shop. Unfortunately, the job was not done correctly—the molding was completely missing on the driver’s side and poorly installed on the passenger side. I called the next day to have this issue corrected and was told it needed to be scheduled as a warranty appointment. That was fine—I booked a mobile appointment for June 13th between 8am–12pm and received several confirmation texts throughout the week. I even had someone else call to double-check, and although they had the correct date, time, and appointment type, they had the wrong city for our ZIP code (50701). I corrected that and assumed everything was good to go. However, the appointment window came and went with no technician, no call, no update. I called Safelite and was first told there was no appointment. After being transferred, the next rep found it—but said it had been changed to an in-shop appointment and then canceled the day before at 7am, without my knowledge. She tried to reach the manager at the shop but couldn't get through. I was then offered another window between 12pm–5pm. I accepted, but after already wasting four hours, I decided to go to the shop directly, thinking it would be a quick 5-minute fix. To my shock, the shop was closed at 1:30 PM on a weekday—door locked, lights off, and service vehicles parked outside—despite their posted business hours being 8am–5pm. My time is valuable, and this entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. The appointment is now rescheduled again for Monday at 2pm. Fingers crossed that this time, someone actually shows up to work to remedy the issue.

I would give only one star except for the good people, and fine workmanship. This shop tried to charge me twice as much as the job was worth. I went in last week to have my front windshield replaced. When I asked how much it was going to be, they said over $500. This is over twice as much as it should be. I checked with another shop, to be sure and was given an estimate of just over $200. I called Safelite corporate to get an estimate on the job and they gave me a similar price of just over $200. I had them give me the work order, and then gave it to the guy at the local shop who finally reduced my cost to what it should be.

I did the mobile work shop that they have, and it was very easy and simple. Replaced my windshield in no time at all! How ever, since I moved for college and did not take my car with me, I didn't know of the issue that it had. When I got back for spring break and was driving it, there is a whistle coming from the top of the windshield and into the cabin, very annoying! And not to mention that that with the rain storm from spring break there was a bunch of water that leaked in onto my passenger floor board! I am very annoyed and disappointed! I tried calling the store several times, of which I got no answer, and it just sends me to their "service robot" that cant help with my issue! I don't know what I should do now! :(

Started good, ended with disappointment. Getting in touch with anyone to answer questions and address my concerns was extremely difficult. When I did finally talk to a customer service representative, they said they would reach out to the branch/local shop manager and that I'd get a follow up call from them. About a month later I filed a complaint with my insurance and it was only after that was done that the local manager reached out. Very disappointing service experience. I can't speak to any repairs, because even though I was told they would fill my rock chip with resin... The chip wasn't filled and I'm now told the chip is too minor to repair. I've received better service from a pop-up tent in a parking lot.

Friendly people but they messed up my lock on my door. So it doesn't work and then the tech who work on the problem when I took it back to get it fixed( which still doesn't work). Said to me do I really need to lock my car? Well it works before they replaced my regulator on drivers door. Called and left messages at there call center but THEY never got back to me. Big fat 0(zero) to their corporate office!!!!!
