I'm no stranger to this company as I had a previous vehicle serviced through them and they did a great job. All though the company has a 4½ STAR review, I guess it's based on the time, day, and tech you are assigned to because although some people could experience exceptional service there's always a chance of a few not getting that same service case in point with me this time around. I had an appointment scheduled this past Sat, June 28, 2025, between 0:00 am - 12:00 pm with Andrew as the tech. Well, needless to say, I never heard from the tech as the time neared and at the point of 12:00 pm no one called or showed so I tried going online to contact the business, but unfortunately, you can't reach anyone by phone. Everything is done via their website/portal. SMGH! It was now 12:30 pm and still no show so I went back into their portal and just CXL my appointment. I decided to give them another try and reschedule for this Wed. July 2, 2025, between the same hours as the original failed appointment. To make matters worse, I tried chatting with an online person this morning by the name of Patty and while I was trying to explain what transpired with the original appointment, she kept rushing me to get to the point of "How may I help you, Dexter" WTF! If this is how the business now operates, I'd rather take my vehicle elsewhere since there's no shortage of windshield repair shops that do just as good of a job as Safelite.

I had a rock chip that hit my windshield on my mustang while on 285, unfortunately due to the heat the chip begin to get worst leaving me to replace the entire windshield. On 7/11/24 after waiting for the windshield to come in from Ford I came up to this location for my 8am appt after completing a 12hr shift the night prior. They pulled my car back and around 9:30ish they called my name letting me know it was finished. I’m exhausted and ready to go to sleep so I’m happy it didn’t take too long. I go up to the counter and the tech proceeds to tell me unfortunately I would have to return because there’s a “small crack” in the brand new windshield he just installed on the car. He mentioned this because I assume this occurred while he was handling the glass during the install. The first photo is the initial crack after I got in my car at safelite. It’s at the base of the windshield. The second photo is how it’s has spread due to the hot temperatures here in Georgia which was a total of 7 hours (time from when I got home from the appt until I got back in the car to go to work). The receptionist didn’t charge me but now I’m waiting for the arrival of a new windshield from ford and have to return at the most inconvenient time of my life for them attempt to reinstall this new glass and hopefully don’t break it in the process. And I’m sure they’re expecting their $720 on this repair that I essentially had to return to them twice for them to get it right. I’m inclined not to even return here but they messed up and they’re going to fix it. After this experience I’m certain I won’t be returning to this location for service for any of my vehicles.

Let me start by saying that my first call to safelite what's a good call. The customer service representative handled the call very professionally and booked me an appointment for a professional technician to come out to my house and swap the windshield in my driveway. The technician was supposed to come out on a Monday anytime between 12:00 and 5:00. I took the day off from work on Monday. And from 12 to 5:00 I was at my house waiting for the technician to show up. I didn't have a technician to show up when they said it was going to I didn't get a phone call or an email all day. I did get an email that night at 8:30 p.m. eastern time.. the email said the technician I updated my file saying special tools were required to get the windshield replaced on my car. So I get a phone call the next day saying we need to schedule an appointment at one of our locations close to your house. I say cool let's do it. Play schedule an appointment it's now at one of their local facilities and they say it's only going to take an hour. When I show up the manager says oh no we're not working on that car. I said I made an appointment did you get the glass he said yeah we've got the glass here but we're not doing that. So I left I get a phone call a couple weeks later from a customer service representative when the call came in it just said customer service I answered and the lady said hey we were able to find your glass and we found another shop that can get it done for you.. we did the same exact thing again they booked an appointment I went to the shop and when I got there the manager said oh no we ain't working on that car. Safelite honestly wasted 4 days of my life. I will never refer any business to them. What a headache

Superior Customer service was provided from the front desk, any employee you come in contact with, and all the way down to your personal technician. I was extremely pleased! At this location I was valued and treated well by everyone I encountered. From the poor experience rendered at the Lithia Springs location last Friday had me nervous but I felt in my spirit that I would be taken care of and I was correct. I did the right thing to reschedule my appointment at this location. Every employee attitude match the level of service they provide. The wait was not long at all. That Lithia Springs location needs to close down for a week and go to this location to be properly trained when it comes to time management and to learn what exceptional customer service looks like when running a business. I thank each of you at this location for turning things around for me. I am a happy customer now. :)

Had my windshield replaced a couple of weeks ago. They had a special for their upgraded service that included water repellant treatment and wiper replacement. When I picked up my truck, I noticed they had not replaced the wipers and I brought it up to the technician. The technician immediately rectified that. After getting my wipers replaced, I specifically asked if the water repellent was also applied and the technician assured it was. When I got home. I decided to spray some water on my windshield to see. The water basically stuck to the windshield. I tried calling the store but didnt get an answer, so I called the customer service line. They said they called the store, but also didnt get an answer so they emailed the manager. I've waited a couple of weeks to review to see if they would fix the issue. They also left alot of the debris from the adhesive all over my dash. They either have some major holes in their QA process or they just dont care that they aren't giving customers what they paid for.

now had to come to the Safelite office four times and still don’t have the correct windshield installed. Each visit has been due to either the wrong glass being ordered or installed, and I have been incredibly patient throughout this process. Timeline: • First visit: wrong part ordered. • Second visit: waited, then told the wrong glass had been installed. • Third visit: wrong glass ordered again. • Fourth visit: appointment auto-scheduled while I was out of town, then rescheduled, and yet again — wrong part ordered. I was told by the manager, Ladeja, that I would be taken care of, but nothing has been resolved. I also can’t get in touch with anyone locally or at corporate, and no one has followed up. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I need someone from Safelite to contact me directly to get this resolved once and for all. Please have someone reach out to me as soon as possible.
