Avoid at all Costs. A little context: I brought my BMW x5 in for window repair When arriving, I pulled into a spot and an employee came up to me with a clipboard took the keys and told me to go check in inside. When I entered, I was met with someone by the name of Rochelle. She was rude, dismissive and condescending. We all have bad days but that's no excuse. When I spoke with my tech ryan, he said itll be a few hours and he'll call me. I asked: do you need a signature from me or is there any paper work? He said no, we will call you when its done. Great. After the work was done, I was shocked that they gave me an invoice for almost $1000.00. Ryan, the tech told me they should have told me inside, we went inside and Rochelle says she told me. That was a bul- faced lie. Rochelle then preceded to say "well theres a fee and you need to pay it" then went back to whatever she was dong on her screen. When I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager. I did ask for OEM but OEM is covered with my policy. I also have Lease protection so had they told me there was. charge I simply would of respectfully declined and had BMW do it for free. I called Progressive, and after an hour on the phone they told me that sholdnt of happened and that they will reimburse me. Poorly ran, they will give you problems and not present any solutoins. There are plenty of better shops that wont treat you this way. I included a screenshot of the extra amount they tried to charge me for. Staff, especially behind the counter need to be retrained.

I had an appointment scheduled with them on 8/1 at 10am to replace my cracked windshield. I booked with them because they were the only repair shop that claimed to have my windshield in stock. Everyone else told me they were back ordered. After sitting there for about an hour they said it was not in stock and that we'd need to come back on 8/12. When we arrived on 8/12 there was an issue with the windshield they had and I was told to come back on 8/14 at 11am but to call first to make sure they had a windshield and it was working. I made the call before driving 45 minutes to their shop with a cracked windshield and was told the windshield was there and in working condition. About an hour after arriving we were told it was the wrong windshield and they were going to reach out to the dealership to get the correct one sent to them. I declined and decided to use the dealership myself.

Worst experience with an auto servicing company I’ve ever had. I filed a formal complaint with corporate due to terrible service, pricing issues, and a disrespectful manager named Yanni. $390 original quote for driver side window 3/27 - Came out to my work, brought defective glass, technician mentioned a discount and asked to reschedule $346 discounted quote 4/11 - Appt to come to the house 12-5, no show, no call, nothing 4/25 - In shop appointment, installed factory glass instead of aftermarket, quoted at $748, installed without notifying me of increase, then stated they would swap it out at later date and charge the original quoted price, manager was "too busy" to speak to me 4/29 - Came to work, swapped out factory with aftermarket, price increased to $509, installed without notifying me of price change, manager stated the price of the glass went up and wouldn't work with me on the price difference at all 4 separate encounters for one piece of glass. Should’ve taken my business elsewhere.

I had a truly terrible experience with this Safelite location. I took my Tesla in for a windshield replacement, and it turned into a complete nightmare. They promised to call me the same day, but I never heard from them. When I went there the next day, they admitted they had the wrong windshield and only realized it after removing my original one. They put the old one back, which now had additional damage, and told me it would take a month for the correct windshield to arrive. To make matters worse, they shattered the entire windshield, which initially only had a tiny chip, and scratched the windshield columns of my car. They insisted it was safe to drive like that, which is absurd. How can anyone drive with a shattered windshield? It's not only unsafe but also illegal in many places. It's been a month since this ordeal, and I still haven't heard anything about the windshield. I've had to rent a car, and when I went back to the Safelite location for an explanation, the manager shockingly told me they never even ordered the windshield. This level of incompetence is absolutely unbelievable. I wouldn't trust this Safelite location with any car repairs after this experience.

Avoid at all costs. I'm pretty sure this place is a cover for some sort of secret government lab that tests the limits of the human psyche. I had to come in because, after the first time they replaced my windshield, it was leaking. The second visit took over six hours. I was told it would be a few hours because they had to find the source of the leak, so I agreed to wait. Over six hours later and it still wasn't fixed because of an issue with calibrating the camera. (the camera was working fine before I brought it in) As I was waiting I saw a good number of other clients with varying issues, from ordering the wrong windshield to employees just not being there when they were scheduled. Just go anywhere else. Edit: After six and a half hours I've been told they can't calibrate the camera (That was working when I got her)

Wouldn’t recommend. Got car back with glue on fenders, was a b*tch to get off… Rain sensor no longer works. Called the number on the listing which just goes to the national line, and couldn’t get an appointment for them to “recalibrate” until 2 weeks out? Total BS. I can see from the outside of the windshield that the adhesive gel they use to attach the sensor is a mess, and so it’s clearly rushed… and they obviously didn’t bother to test that it worked by putting any water on it - which you think testing would be part of the “recalibration” that they did. Now it makes you wonder what else isn’t right… are the safety systems also not going to work? Do I have to crash into something to find out? And how they were able to get me in next day for the repair but can’t get me in for 2 weeks to fix the job they just did is odd… should be 15 min for them to pop off the sensor, reapply the gel correctly, and redo. I’d do it myself but it’s under warranty so I’m not going to risk it. Also, no parking at this location… Really tight parking lot with a lot of traffic… Feels like you’re likely to get into a dumb fender bender just navigating in their lot, or worse, they are.
