The worst shop!!! This is my 3rd appointment to get my front windshield replaced. First appointment was on 4/25/25 @ 0800. Showed up at 0745, just like it was suggested. After 2 hours of waiting around, I was told my windshield needed to be replaced, not fixed. They do not explain the difference on the website/app. My second appointment, for 4/28/25 at 2 pm. Showed up again at 1:45 pm as suggested. After 3 hours, yes 3 hours, my vehicle was finally taken into the shop. My vehicle was driven out at 6:15 pm. Well, the sensors were not / could not be calibrated, not OEM windshield, after market(Big yellow warning but, no one noticed). Also, the installer actually cracked, yes cracked the windshield when installing. Did not report it to supervision.... 3rd appointment to replace and re-calibrate my windshield 5/6/25 at 0700. Showed up at 0640, only to be told "THEY DID NOT HAVE MY WINDSHIELD" NO one contacted me, no heads up, nothing. Was told, I will get a hold of you. Well, its 3.30 pm. No phone call, no e-mail, no text, nothing..... By the way, the website is useless, you cannot get a hold of the individual shops directly, no customer service, no follow up, nothing. Do not use Safelite! You are better off using another shop or even the dealership. Safelite, GET YOU ACT TOGETHER! this is pathetic!! I am still waiting for a follow up phone call, e-mail or text......

Very upset, frustrated and disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this company. I had set an appointment and was confirmed via text and email for the tech to arrive between the hours of 8am and 12pm. A I recieved a call around 8am and lost the call, I called back and was told by the rep that they have no information as to the ETA of the tech and they would reach out to have him call me. I waited til 1130 and still no call. Called 4 more times and was told each time that they would reach out and have the tech call me. He never did. Last update was he supposedly got locked out of his van at an earlier appointment even though I was supposed to be the second appointment of the day. I never received the courtesy of a call or an update or any information regarding my appointment from the tech. I saw around all morning waiting and my windshield was never replaced. Very upset. Would not recommend

Made an appointment a week and a half out and was called the day before that they had to cancel me. I literally just called the Safelite main number to confirm and they did confirm 10 min before I was canceled. The rep at the Pembroke Park location said they had to many Tesla's including a Cyber truck coming in so he had to cancel my appointment. I explained that I was already moved from Wednesday and this was the last day I could have the work done before shipping the car. He did not care and said there was nothing he could do. I asked why I was being canceled and not someone else, He just kept saying he had to many Tesla's tomorrow. I asked, could the OEM glass I requested be sent to another location to which he said he can not do that but I should try to make another appointment. When I called Safelite about the issue they were apologetic and legitimately tried to help but there is no way I would be going to this location.

Communication was prominent with this company and I loved it. From the moment I was booked, I received an email and text messages reminding me if my appointment. The day of the appointment, the technician called in the morning to set the day up for me,and even called me a half hour prior to his arrival. He was able to work in the street, under shade, and got everything done unobtrusively. He had everything he needed in his truck. When I came out, he was cleaning my new windshield and giving me instructions. The whole process was simple and a no-brainer. The best part in Florida, you're allowed a once - a - year windshield replacement at no-cost, so I don't have to worry about any insurance increase either! Safelite really took the hassles out - 10/10!

It’s rare I get to positively review a company that meets or exceeds the hype in a commercial. Their jingle in this case is accurate. I’ve had the pleasure now to use Safelite twice because I’m on the road a lot lost two windshields on different vehicles in the last six years. This past experience was so quick and painless that it motivated me to write a review. It was easy to schedule and the technician that came out and replaced my windshield was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely courteous. The best part is the windshield replacement was completed quickly And so cleanly that you can’t tell the windshield was replaced. Also, they work seamlessly with insurance so there was no cost out-of-pocket, which was another major bonus because the windshield otherwise would’ve cost me about $800+ From the dealership. Update: We came to the office, and the lady at the front desk was helpful in clarifying the situation. They replaced our glass, and there were no additional charges since it was covered by my insurance. However, the company really needs to improve the professionalism of their call center staff and how they communicate with clients! … Stay away — dishonest and unprofessional service. I had an appointment on May 19 to replace my car’s windshield. I arrived on time, paid cash (no receipt was given), and handed over my car. They attempted to install a non-original (fake) glass — which I only found out later when my car’s system rejected it. They rescheduled, claiming they needed to order OEM glass. That’s when I realized they were never planning to use original parts. Today, I received a rude call saying I suddenly owed over $2,000 more. When I calmly asked for an explanation, the person was aggressive and ended the call. My appointment was canceled without notice, and no one followed up. I’ve been unable to reach them since. Completely untrustworthy. Avoid this company at all costs.
