Safelite AutoGlass

A few days after tech replaced my glass I noticed glue on the windshield,window, dashboard, and the drivers side window had scratches on it. The glass is cheap and thin too. I reached out to Jason and he said someone was coming out that Monday for warranty repair, but no one ever called or showed up. When you call the Fort Myers office the automated just hangs up..I called 5 times everytime it disconnected me. Not a happy camper.

We recently had our windshield replaced by SAFELITE, and the entire experience was outstanding! Our appointment was scheduled for 2 PM, but we dropped off the car early at 1 PM while we were in the area. After leaving the car, we decided to have lunch nearby, expecting the service to take the estimated 2–3 hours. To our pleasant surprise, we received a text message while still at lunch letting us know that the car was ready much sooner than expected! This saved us a trip back, as we were already close by. The team did an excellent job with the windshield replacement, and everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and efficient. We highly recommend SAFELITE for their top-notch service and outstanding customer care.

The entire experience was Quick and easy. Our tech was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and respectful of our property. He shared some great advice and explained the entire process including the warranties. He even swept out the front of my car and cleaned up when he was done. THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. why would you even consider calling another company to replace your windshield. This company really does care and it shows.

My Nissan Frontier had a windshield crack. They treated me with professionalism and explained what they are going to do. I agree to leave my car with them. The windshield was spotless and very nice done, even though they place all the stickers right where they were. Very nice job there. When the car was ready they called me and because I didn’t answer, they called my wife to let her know my pick up is ready. The only thing I did not like was when the person at the phone told us that if we not picking up the car which we have three days to pick it up, they are going to tow the car even when I told him that I will be there at 4:30pm the same day, because I was waiting for my wife to pick me up so we can go there. But the person insisting by calling my wife again and again to go and pick the car up until I answered and told him that we are on the way.

Very good and easy experience! The facility is clean and welcoming. From the online scheduling to dropping my car off was easy and smooth. We went to our nearby gym while they did it and called me that it was finished shortly after we finished working out. It sure saved me a lot of driving around! We highly recommend the Cape Coral Del Prado facility. The staff is friendly and professional.

It was absolutely wonderful service. The staff was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very professional and they had a sense of humor. What I liked most about it was I called my insurance company and they are contracted with Safelite, so I was able to be transferred to Safelite and then handled the claim, it was easy and no stress. The windshield looks absolutely beautiful. They were not behind schedule and they texted me when it was done and they were very knowledgeable with Business that were around there if I did not want to wait in the waiting room. I recommend them to anybody.
