SafePro Auto Glass

Joke of a job. I asked for no aftermarket glass. I wanted my Mopar glass. That said, the Ram on it did not get it. Did not even get the standard tint on the glass. Nor did the guy put the glass in right? I hear nothing but noises, there's no rubber. Ceiling, no ceiling at all around the glass and now I have to pay out a pocket. For a reputable glass company to fix what they could not do I would never recommend safe flight auto to anybody. They are junk, their customer service stinks. They act like you're an idiot when they're the idiots and it's a waste of time and money. You're gonna spend double just to go get it done, right? We're not.Would not recommend them to my worstest enemy

Yes! Absolutely call this company for windshield replacement! My car was 'pummeled' by rocks spilling out from a gravel track on the 60E early in the morning a couple weeks ago. I thought these are supposed to be covered up? Not only was my windshield damaged, but so was every other car traveling behind this gravel truck. After I inspected the damage my windshield looked like millions of stars from all the pitting, plus I had 18 chips and a large crack. The damage on the front of my car is another story. I needed a new windshield and called SafePro. I spoke with a friendly and professional gentleman who helped me set up my appointment and gave me a GREAT quote (I searched other companies and SafePro had the best price). Jorge and Jose showed up on time and were very courteous and explained everything before they got started. They walked around with me noting any prior damage (knicks or scratches) which gave me confidence that they were going to be very careful during the installation, I like that. They finished in a timely manner and took time to go over after care instructions and answered all my questions. If you are reading this, request Jorge and Jose. They are super nice and make you feel comfortable! The best part? The Lifetime Warranty! What other company does this? I am extremely impressed with this company and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks SafePro, I can see out my beautiful windshield again!

Woke up this morning to find that someone had shattered the window on the driver's side of our vehicle. Other companies quoted around $350-$400 and a few days wait. I called SafePro and spoke with Joseph, he quoted almost $200 less and made an appointment for me within the hour, was very reassuring. Luis was our technician and did a great job replacing the window, finished in 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work without a headache. So grateful we found them and will definitely be coming back in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family. Their service is excellent and so are the prices. I love that it's a local, family-owned company, and the people I saw there were happy and helpful. Thank you Joseph and Luis!

I was looking for windshield replacement companies when I came upon SafePro they asked for my name n my email, because it was after hours an that SAFEPRO will call asap, that's what they did. FIRST thing in the morning(SMILE) 7:30 I received a text message that they would be calling in one half hour. THIS aloud me to get my wit together. I answered the phone and Maxwell was on the line he was very kind, courteous and patient, he listened and told me what was available and that he could take care of me.. He informed me that they'll work around me and I was to choose a day and time and they were going to come to me.. Bill arrived 2:45 pm ,between the allotted hrs I was told noon-4 pm. Bill greeted me with a great smile n good energy ready to work. Bill was done by 3:30 pm. I am incredibly pleased with SafePro and my experience with their team. I was pulled over for a cracked windshield (never fun) and being new to the area I called around to get a few quotes. SafePro was at least $100 cheaper than all competitors and beat Safelite's quote by $200. Although the price savings were fantastic, the best part of the experience was the incredible customer service. I spoke with Sherman, who is a newer employee but you would never know that given his customer service skills. Sherman worked around my hectic work schedule to pick a install window that would work for me. When I expressed concern about driving with a cracked windshield over the weekend (my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday), he made sure to send me a confirmation of the appointment so I could show officers if I happened to get pulled over again. I have never met such a kind, customer-focused employee in the auto industry and I am very impressed. Overall, if you are looking for a dependable, customer-focused and affordable option, SafePro is the best bet.

From the moment I called through my signature on the work order I was very pleased with the service I received. David was extremely helpful on my initial call, even set up a call with my insurance to complete my claim. I was given an appointment within 48 hours that accommodated my schedule. When it came time to replace my windshield, I received a call 10 minutes before they arrived and again when he was in the parking lot. Total replacement time was under 45 minutes. With one more call informing me the replacement was complete, a signature and some simple instructions; I was on my way. Very professional, through and kind. Will defiantly use again if ever needed.
