Exceptional work and customer service! Two technicians completed the install in under 20min, very professional. Even after they were done, gave me the post op care instructions, and the $100 cash, they still went back to remove any prints/ smudges for a clean finish. I had a good experience with this company on my other vehicles so when I needed to have my 2021 Tacoma windshield replaced I didn’t think twice to use this company. They told me while I had my insurance on the phone with us that they would replace my windshield and re calibrate my camera on my windshield but when they came to put my windshield on they said they didn’t have the equipment with them and that I would get a call from the company for when they would come out to calibrate it. 5 days passed with no phone call so I called them and they told me that they could not calibrate and I had to take it to the dealership to get it done. 200$ later out of my pocket to get the windshield re calibrated I’m sure they charged my insurance for the re calibration. Response in to your response back: First off on my recorded phone call all parties were informed that the recalibration would be done by your company not the dealership. When the windshield was replaced the repair guy told me that your company would call me back to set a date to get it calibrated. Almost a week went by and I had to contact the company to see what was going on. That’s is when I was informed that you would not do it and I had to go to the dealership. Yes they would reimburse me my money back but that is 200$ I have to pay up front and wait to get my money back. The problem is you lied to me before the windshield was replaced, you informed me and my insurance that you would calibrate it. My experience was quick and easy. They coordinated my windshield replacement with my insurance company. My appointment was scheduled at my convenience. The installer showed up on time and ready to work. The windshield looks great. A SWAT glass representative called and asked about my installation. Very happy with the service and professionalism. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Too many people are quick to leave a negative review but when you have such a smooth transaction, I think it’s important to let people know. That being said, I will definitely use this glass company again! Their staff is very friendly, the installer was great and I love the mobile option, since I am super busy! Best of all, I loved that the installer brought $100 cash that I received right there, upon completion of the windshield installation. I thought it was an extra bonus they offer a two night hotel stay at lots of different locations. Great job! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! I received service from this company a little over a month ago. I was referred by a family member who had a friend use this company every year and they got the same promo $100. And 2 free nights. I was shocked that I would need another Windshield so soon but a rock on the freeway hit right below my drivers side wiper and it already made a long crack. I received the $100. Last month and got the email for the hotel room. So I immediately called them to have them service my windshield. ( The website does NOT say there is a limit or 1st time customer or that you need to mention the promo) just that if you have your Windshield replaced that is the offer. Once the service was completed the driver told me I am not eligible for the offer. I called the office and he said no that is for first time customers only. He said all promotions have to be mentioned at the time of appointment and I am not eligible for anything. Both times I had to contact my insurance company and change who I wanted my work done by and I explained to them my first appointment what kind of windshield I needed. I made sure they got my business but they are doing nothing to make sure I continue to choose them. The windshield installer had great communication and was professional. He was quick installing my windshield and reminded me how to take care of my car after the installation. The person on the phone has always been short with me every time I had to contact him both incidents. He also gives the attitude that he doesn't Want or Care if he gets my business. My 1st install he even told me to use my original company listed even though I contacted the insurance changed companies and got the approval for my special windshield. He told me I would Never be eligible for any offers because I would never be a new customer again. And he couldn't believe I was asking for any offer. They should say on the website that all of their offers are only for first time customers. No problems with the service. Two nice young men showed up the next day and installed the windshield in about 20 minutes. My problem was trying to get a receipt. They said they'd text one, didn't get it. Called four times and they kept insisting that it had been emailed and to check my spam folder. Finally talked with a manager and he asked why I thought they wouldn't want to provide a receipt. I'm thinking some kind of a tax dodge.
