They left the windshield washer fluid lines disconnected from the sprayer under the wiper cowl after installing a new windshield. Also unsure if they broke a tab on the cowl that left a hole in it or if the damage was there already.

Great service, rock chip happened on my way to work. I stopped in and they helped me out same day. Very quick service, got it done the same morning. I will be recommending them to everyone.

I broke my passenger side window on my '99 2 door Tracker (parts for which are not easy to come by). Melinda promptly ordered a replacement for me, although the distributor ended up sending a window for a four door. When I brought the window back she immediately called around looking for a new one, then found one pretty quickly. Ron had one of his employees cut me a plexiglass window for the meantime at no charge. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Fast and friendly, they took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to fix it myself.

Complete lack of communication and coordination. I scheduled a windshield replacement 10 days ahead of time. They ordered my windshield but forgot to put me in the schedule. I dropped the vehicle and waited 5 hours with no contact from them so I went back to the shop and my vehicle hadn't been touched. Needless to say I grabbed my keys and left after they gave me every excuse in the book, but I shot them down with facts. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to their competitor.

We scheduled to have the windshield replaced in our car. My wife and I brought two vehicles into town so we could do somethings to pass the time while we waited. We love an hour from Yankton. Upon arrival we were told that our windshield wasn't in. I understand that these things happen. What I don't understand is why we weren't called so we didn't make the drive. This is simply horrible customer service. We went across the street to another glass shop. Hopefully they will not fail.NegativeProfessionalism
