Scheduling was fairly easy and we communicated over text. Text between me and the primary manager and then text directly from the installation team as they were showing up that morning to perform the window replacement. The price was $225 for the replacement plus another 25 for the replacement happening at my location instead of me going to them, so overall $250 got me a new window and install. It may not be part of the service but I would have given a fifth star if they would have cleaned the broken glass out of the inside of my car. I want to clarify that the majority of the broken glass happened when the windshield broke, not a lot everywhere but enough and I'm sure there were flakes and crystals dropped out when they were taking the old window out that could have easily been swept. Overall, I'm happy with the service and the install, it is only been a couple days but I am relying on their waterproof, lake proof, warranty. The install team did not reattach the adhesive between my remote start antenna and the windshield, but I am okay with that and the topic was covered prior to the windshield replacement.

I highly recommend these rock stars! They put my mom's windshield in for $300 less than what you know who quoted and in a way more timely manner. I was blown away by how great these prices are. Safelite was astronomical and I'm so glad we found rockstar. This company is appropriately named, they're freaking rockstars in customer service. I wish I could be their groupie! Background info: I bought a 1993 Volkwagen Cabriolet with my wife. Fun convertible, great little car. The windscreen, however, had a pretty gnarly crack in it. Started as a chip, and then spiderwebbed outward in four different splits. Well, unfortunately, 80's and early 90's VW's don't get a lot of love when it comes to finding a shop that can/will work on them. I first went with Safelite, who guaranteed they could do the job, even drove the car out to let them look at it first before moving forward, only to have them fail the day of the install - wasted $70 bucks having to Uber back and forth to the place. Sadness. But, this is where Rockstar ~rocked~! The owner was willing to work with me to identify the part we would need to allow the conversion to gasket/rope-in from glue-in, which is what was done originally. Not only did he find the part, but he was actually excited to be able to move forward with the job and get it done! The conduct and demeanor of both the owner, and his techs, was professional but also relaxed and personable. The job was done perfectly - and now the car is perfect. Save their number for ANY windshield problems. I priced around and they offered hands down the BEST price(even checked out an online company for a discounted price that wasn't as good) I had to wait until my windshield was in stock, but the 2 week wait was well worth it! They may have yours in stock. Ladies, as a lady myself, it can be intimidating to get anything fixed on one's car. The process has been made very easy by all the staff at Rockstar. A) with my VIN number ready, I called and gave them my make, model, and year of the car, and whether there was a rain detect feature with the car. B) if it was just a chip from a rock, they could have plugged it for less than 60 dollars as an option. Unfortunately, a semi spit a rock that sounded like a gun shot on the highway and proceeded to cause spidering of the chip until it reached across the length of the dash. C) for a small extra charge they will come out to you on the day of the appointment. It may be difficult to pinpoint the time as they are driving everywhere and had a 45min drive to me from a previous location. But, again worth the wait. D) payment expected upon completion of course. I had a little issue with how my car was return initially. The window squeaked when rolling up and down, the door rattled with the amount of glass that was still inside and non of the glass had been cleaned from the inside. After calling to let them know about the issues, they picked my car up the next day, fixed the window. Cleaned all the glass out of the door and vacuumed the floorboard. I appreciate the fact that they accepted responsibility and corrected the error. I know they were very busy when I initially called ,so I will forgive their rush job. Thank you

3 years ago I recommended Rockstar Indy for their great service and competitive pricing, and I want to do it again here today. I had a small crack in my windshield that grew fast and needed to be replaced on my car, and Jason's team took care of everything. Their charges to replace the entire windshield and recalibrate my sensors were less than my insurance deductible would have been.
