Called Rock Star Auto Glass over the weekend as my friends windshield was smashed. They scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning. They came from federal way to Silverdale to replace the windshield for an amazing cost. Said it would take about 30 minutes to replace, however it didn’t seem that long at all. Fast and quick service. Compared to other company’s who told me they didn’t have windshield in stock, and or it as going to cost over $1200 to replace. They showed up ready to go, friendly, professional, polite and respectable. I will definitely go through them in the future for any repairs. I usually do not take the time to write review’s but i think this one is worth mentioning. My car was recently broken into. Which would prevent me from going to work because i need to be able to defrost my windshield during the winter seasons or else it is very dangerous to drive and i will not be able to see through my windshield. An urgent matter for me was taken care for me by Rockstar Autoglass LLC in less than a days notice. I had originally scheduled an appointment with Safelite who said they could not schedule me in untill a week later, and then called me and said they do not have the parts a few days later. So i was to reschedule another week out. I am very thankful for have finding Rockstar Autoglass LLC. The costumer service was fast and friendly. Alex who was my repairman was very efficient and fast

Awesome company. Late one Friday I joined the cohort of Seattleites who've been the victim of a smash and grab at Golden Gardens. Got home and sent an estimate request(at about midnight) for the repair. Rockstar contacted me the following morning(Saturday about 10 AM) and asked if I had time that afternoon for the repair...yes please! How awesome is that? Window broken Friday night, fixed Saturday afternoon! Work was completed quickly and looks perfect. Price was very fair. Only one, minor suggestion for the really nitpicky people: perhaps Rockstar could ask if customers have a brand preference on replacement glass. For example, my Toyota uses Pilkington all around while the replacement was from Fuyao. Don't get me wrong, the replacement looks and works just like the OEM. But, in a perfect world it would have been nice to have all four windows brand-match. Again, no complaints, just a minor suggestion. Overall, an easy 5-star

This business is the definition of professional and customer service. We had an unlucky "uh-oh" vehicle situation out of town on vacation, and Justin and Alex went above and beyond to locate and pick up our specific vehicle glass from the dealership, and then fixed our busted back window quickly (like the day after it happened) and perfectly, as soon as we arrived back from out of town (like within 30 minutes of our return). Can't give enough praises and thanks to this small business. Will highly recommend them to everyone I know in need of auto glass repair.

Last Saturday we returned to Seattle from a 7 day cruise only to discover our truck had been broken into at the Marriot Hotel SEATAC "secured" parking lot upon. FYI TRAVELERS: DO NOT PARK HERE!!! Even one of their workers said it was bad. Thankfully nothing was stolen but the damage was done. And there are very little options for the weekend to get help or your window replaced. I called Justin at Rockstar and he did everything he could to help us Saturday but there were no replacement parts available since the distributor was closed. On Monday morning, he made our job a priority because we are traveling home and had glass everywhere. We were scheduled for 10 am and by 11:30 am, we were back on the road. 👍🏼👍🏼 Not only did Rockstar do an awesome job, he and his team are top notch and caring people. Justin even met us at our truck at the job site to check on us and make sure we were good to go. For those reasons I highly recommend Rockstar Auto Glass, especially if you're the unfortunate victim of vandalism while traveling through Seattle. Thanks Rockstar for the rockstar service! 🤘🏼

Had my car broken into on a Saturday afternoon. Not only was Rockstar Autoglass the only shop open on Sunday, they were able to schedule my repair the the next day. My insurance made me get 2 competing quotes and after calling around, Rockstar was the only place with the parts in hand, everywhere else (including Safelite) was days to weeks out. Courtney was super friendly and answered all my questions and the installation was finished in under 30 mins. Hope to never be a repeat customer, but would definitely recommend
