Had a small chip in the windshield. The gentlemen fixed it within ten minutes (at most) and brought me in to show me. He informed that this chip had been fixed previously and whoever did it did an outstanding job. He said because of that he just had to do some minor things and it was now good to go. Ironically, it had been fixed at this location previously. In addition the speed and proficiency of their work, when I went to pay I was told don’t worry about it, no charge. 10 stars, highly recommend and will not use anyone else for windshield repair.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Got a windshield replacement for my Kenworth semi for almost $600 out of pocket. Not even 3 days into my first trip out and the window forms a crack from the bottom corner. No rock chip or other foreign object hit it, so I’m not really sure what happened. Called them to see if I can bring it in to let them check it out to see if it was a windshield defect or something else, so I am still yet to see what becomes of it. Meanwhile the crack gets bigger everyday. Will update UPDATE*** The lady on the phone wasn’t very enthused about trying to help me out with this, so I took it to LOGAN GLASS instead and for all you Owner Op truckers that might read this; Logan Glass was over $100 bucks cheaper. Take your rig down the road 👌🏻

Scheduled a windshield replacement and left with $4100 in damage and unable to use our car for 3 weeks. Initially we were told that they couldn’t calibrate the vehicle because it had a defect that required warranty work. Took it to the dealership only to be told that when they replaced the windshield they stripped some wires and when putting the new windshield in they shorted out a few components which resulted in our heating elements, lane departure, front camera and some others components not to function. I was told that it was that way when it was brought in and they had the pre scan to prove it. I have information from the dealership to prove otherwise. Pre scan was done almost one hour after they started working on the windshield and post scan was about a half an hour after that. The car was in their shop for an hour and a half. I was told by the owner that the dealership must have caused the damage. After reviewing the cameras with Karalee it was determined that no pre-scan was completed when the vehicle arrived so I’m not sure when the first “pre-scan”happened or how they managed to fabricate the records. After one week with the dealership, robinson finally agreed to pay for the repairs. The repairs were completed around two and a half weeks and then payment was received 3 weeks after they caused the damage from a simple windshield replacement. Although I appreciate that they paid for the repairs, we had to continually call them to make sure it got paid since we couldn’t pick up the car until it was paid for. With that and blaming the dealership for the damage, expecting it to all be under warranty and not taking full ownership of the damage, we will not be back.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service John Dale & Karalee Robinson provide us from Robinson Auto Glass Experts😊 They were able to come to me with their mobile unit and fix 3 rock chips in my windshield right on the spot! It looks awesome 😎 I do a lot of freeway driving, and those diesels kick up quite a bit of Idaho rocks 😢 They are a preferred window expert with my car insurance, so it was a breeze, with no out of pocket fees! Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a small rock chip fix and they ended up spreading a crack across my whole windshield of my 2024 car. Then they said oh you signed the liability paper so there's nothing we need to do, it's not our responsibility. AVOID this place unless you want to spend your own money to replace your windshield at their fault and error. Ok I see you responded, so what do you do for those 2% that fail besides "oh well, not our responsibility"? Your customers need to know you don't care about those 2% of us.
