After having trouble scheduling with a popular glass company for a windshield replacement, I found Real Auto Glass via Google search. On a call, I had to leave a message, but a prompt return call came later same day. I scheduled a mobile install for two days later in the AM. Tech (Oscar) called me to give a heads up he was on his way as promised this morning, arrived at agreed window of time, and an hour later install was done. Competitively priced for the job as well. Couldn't ask for anything more or better. Thank you!

The replacement itself took about 45 min, and when it was finished, the technician showed me the new windshield and explained some basic care instructions to ensure that it would last for as long as possible. My cracked windshield was replaced by Fabiano who is very professional and very kind person. My windshield cracked when my husband tried to defrost it with a blast of hot air. Lesson learned to avoid extreme glass heating and temperature changes. Thank you Fabiano for a great job!
