Real auto glass is as good as it gets - yes, they are better than Safelite. The owner personally came out to install a new windshield in my 1991 VW bus, which is certainly a specialty job at that age. The glass was installed with a high quality and attention to detail, quickly, and at an entirely reasonable rate. They also fixed some leaking issues around the sunroof on my girlfriends 2015 Subaru. This work was also performed with a high attention to detail, quickly, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Real Auto Glass to anyone in the Boston area; be advised that they do also offer mobile service.

I broke the side view mirror on my 1996 Honda Accord and rather than a body shop I hoped a glass place could fix it. I went in and asked the fellow behind the desk if he was Frank. He said yes. I told him I read an awful lot of good reviews online about his place. I then explained what I needed. He checked with his supplier and could get the glass the same day. That afternoon I got a call from them saying that their repair guy was in the neighborhood and would fix the glass right at my house! I was blown away. A few minutes later the truck arrived and they did the job in about 15 minutes. Amazing. And so convenient. And they only charged $50. Thank you, Frank, for the great service.

Real Auto Glass helped us out when we had a rusty surprise with a windshield replacement on our Rav 4. They squeezed us in even though they were booked up, worked with our insurance to make sure as much was covered as possible, and charged us very reasonably for the rest. They even transferred our parking permit sticker to the new windshield. Selena, who answered my many phone calls, was particularly helpful. And they stayed open late for family members to pick up our car when it had to be picked up while we were out of town. Overall, amazing experience, we will be using them for any future glass replacement!

Real Auto Glass came to my rescue this week when my car window was smashed by a thief. I called Real Auto Glass, and they went to work right away to find the right glass for my Mercedes, and scheduled same day service. The woman who answered the call, was so kind and professional. When I arrived, they took the car right away, and had the glass cleaned up, window replaced and my car back in service in one hour. It was a great experience, and the price was very reasonable. I found the entire experience to be great, and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs this type of service.
