Loved this place. You can drop off your car or have them come to you for a small extra charge. I was happy with my experience because they were prompt in their response and called back and texted when they said they would. They gave me a reasonable timeline and stuck to it. I feel like nowadays, having that type of customer service is hard to find. They replaced my windshield for less than other places. But more than the places on Shepherd drive. However, sometimes Shepherd drive locations do not do as good of a job. That stuff can get expensive if your insurance doesn't cover it. I have full coverage insurance through State farm and they do not cover if they crack is greater than 4 inches, which my window shield crack was way longer. It was fast, about 45 minutes and they placed all of my stickers back, while I was in my house. And it came with a warranty! If you get your windshield replaced, you have to drive carefully for the next two days. No break slamming, you cannot drive for more than 30 minutes, and you cannot get your car wet. Which is typically, most places will just hold your car to prevent that human error. Overall, I'd come here again if I got another large crack! Professional and prompt! Thank you 😊

I thought "Rayce-Way" was a clever play on "raceway", but I now know it's more a philosophy... when you get your repair done the Rayce way, it's the best way. They were fast (they came the same day... who has time to drive around with a shattered window?), convenient (came right to my house), very affordable (they were my first quote and I didn't even bother shopping around after), and the whole team was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Rayce and the team communicated well the whole time. And the replacements all have a lifetime warranty on them too, ensuring that they will never leak! I got two windows replaced. One had a very minor issue with it. He said he would just replace it again at no charge. I told him it's not that big a deal and I didn't need the whole thing replaced. Then he insisted on making it right somehow to make sure I was satisfied. I was a little surprised and wasn't sure what to do so I just asked for a discount, and he gave me one on top of the already low price and the discount for getting two cars done. That's great customer service, the kind that focuses on service, not profits, and sees the long term benefits of having a customer for life versus making a quick buck. With the windshield on my Honda S2000, he made sure to make it look original again with a thicker trim around the window rather than some generic trim. And both windows look clean around the edges... I've had replacements before where the black trim and goop was unevenly oozing out the sides. It's that attention to detail that made me appreciate the service and price even more. If you have any windows on your car to be fixed or replaced, I highly recommend you take the raceway to Rayce-Way and get it done the Rayce way!

I purchased a glass shower door, installed by Race-Way Auto Glass, the installation process was amazing, the worker's had great personalities, professional, polite, respectful, friendly, humble and thoughtful. They did an awesome job and even with multiple jobs, installations that they had done that day, mine was the last job they did, it was a wonderful job. Scheduled an appointment for a chip caused by a large rock on the freeway. Due to a miscommunication, we missed each other at the shop, but Rayce immediately called to ask if he could meet me at my house. He arrived just after I pulled in my driveway and proceeded to take care of my windshield right there in my driveway. We had a great conversation while he was working, and he explained the process to me as it was happening. Super nice guy, and the work was completed quickly and effectively. My car was broken into with a smashed window and my dealership (read: stealership) quoted me a price that was a complete rip-off and gave me a week before they could start the repair. I'm glad I searched around for glass repair shops on maps to find Rayce's shop. He not only let me park my car overnight at his shop for safety, but got the work done early next morning for a very reasonable price (1/3 of the quote I had earlier). He was also honest about giving me the rundown on my options i.e aftermarket vs OEM, and gave his honest advice as well. The work was really good and completed very timely. He was also a great conversationalist and made sure to answer any questions I had and address any concerns - something I don't think you will get with any bigger shop. I would fully recommend Rayce's shop for any window repairs and replacements needs.
