They were very accommodating, took me at the time they said for my windshield replacement. After the install come to find they removed my radar detector from its mirror mount, and left it hanging by the JR11 connector, which due to the weight separated from the wire soon after. I take the blame for this; I could have/should have removed the detector. I did not believe it was in the way. Getting home and looking over the install in more detail come to find the cowling covering the lower windshield had broken and loose retainer nuts and studs that were intact prior. Now I go back to the shop, speaking with Ray, who was accommodating again, was visibly angry at the quality of work provided. I was not a happy camper either; I tipped them and got this, my error as well. I showed Ray the radar detector; I also said I take the blame. On to the cowling Ray offered to glue the loose pieces. I said thanks, I just want my vehicle back the same way I gave it to you. Ray said get it fixed, come back he would take care of me. In the interim I come to find the driver side A pillar cover has a 4.5 inch crack at the top, which will probably get worse, probably break on attempting to remove for repair. I have to admit, I became concerned with sound of the force of the hammer used to seat the gasket. So far I've been unable to find a new cover. Used, if you can find one, not in my color, is $100 shipped. The topper is, above the mirror my headliner is now coming loose. That's going to be a real PITA. They did more damage to my vehicle in one day then I have in over 2 decades. Repairs will cost more than the windshield install; I should get my tip back. I have not been back, and have no plans to.

I was driving home one morning after a romantic night out in the Organs and noticed that there was about a 7 or 8 inch crack at the bottom of my windshield and although normally I'm the type of person who would just ride it out until the crack got worse. I decided maybe this time I get ahead of that. Stopped by Ray's to get a quote, and discovered one of the nicest guy's in Las Cruces if not the world. I really took in the wonder of his shop, reminding me of times as a kid running around my grandfather's mechanic shops or the fire station he was chief of. He's been in business for 30 years everyone, this place is it if you need glass repair. He gave me a fair price, some kind words, and even lent me his Honda for the day so I could get to work. Brought him a pizza for him and his team as an extra thanks for his service. Thank you Ray!

After a road trip north my windshield was blasted with 8 chips and cracks. I was very skeptical about taking my 2020 cadillac xt4 to rays because unfortunately we live in a world where if the price is to good you feel like you're getting ripped off. I was also worried about camera calibration but after picking up the vehicle everything was tip top shape cameras working properly and quality and cleanness of work was A+ couldn't even tell the windshield had been replaced. Would recommend Rays for your glass needs, I'm glad I didn't pay double at safelite or speedy glass!

🎵 I can see clearly now, the cracks are gone. I can see all obstacles in my way!🎵 On a serious note, Ray and his team are EXCELLENT, I love that he isn't afraid to show his love of God and Country hes a Navy Veteran, and just all around a great experience. You can tell this family business takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend and will only ever take my stuff here in the future. P.S. in addition to all the above, he was cheaper by almost half over what the competitors were, AND Calibre wouldn't give a price quote over the phone.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had a quote from my USAA insurance, and with the deductible, I was going to pay more than what Affordable Auto Glass quoted, so I decided not to use my insurance. Not only he came down to Alamogordo to replace my windshield, it was 3 times cheaper than any other place in Alamogordo, El Paso and Las Cruces. Ray was very professional and the windshield replacement was very fast and the quality was better than original. Will recommend this company all day, and will be doing business here for now on!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Horrible Horrible!!! Ray made appointment with me Friday for Monday morning due to having to order windshield. Delivered truck as he asked early Monday morning. He said would be done at noon. Left work early from El paso just to pick up truck before they closed. Truck was sitting there customers leaning on nothing was ever done to truck. Workers hanging around smoking. They said let me find out we are not sure. Then returned 5 minutes later. Give us 30 minutes to hour we just didn't get to it. Never again.
