Quality Auto Glass

Worst experience for auto glass. I had an appointment at 330pm on 4/30/19 to have a windshield replaced and I call them left a message stating I'm be 5-10min late bc no one pick up. So I drove to the shop on blackstone they were closed and keep trying to call then bc I figured they should have someone there since I had an appointment. Got a call bak 30min later and the guy on the phone tell me there were out and will be back in an 30min by this time it was 410pm. He stated I can wait or come back in 20min and he will be back and we can work something out for waiting. Went home wait for 30min called no response went back to shop and they were still closed about 430pm so yeah wasted my time and got no windshield. I read about a bad review on the shop but I still gave them a chance to work on my vehicle since it was not too far from where I live. Good luck to anyone who goes to that shop.

I absoultely love this company. They did an awesome job on my husbands windshield on his truck. They even came to us. What made this experience even better was they remembered us from the truck job. They are very friendly, prices are great, they stick with the quote they tell you and they are very professional. I highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future. Thank you so much Quality Glass for such an awesome job.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Irwin and jr are the best. Thank you so much for everything. My window broke at work and I live so far away. I called them and they ordered the back window and installed it on my jobsite for me. Their professionalism and all around care for their customers is so great. If you ever need a window fix or replacement this is the only place you should go. Thank you again for everything.

Definitely not Quality at all. First time they installed my windshield air was coming in from underneath, and my automatic rain sensor was not working. I had to go back 3 different times just for them to get the windshield on right. Then the top molding was an inch too short. He was to lazy to cut a new piece the correct size so he tried to use a heater to streach the rubber. Brought it back the last time because the molding still wasn’t right and the guy took out the whole piece that the molding connects to without telling me. I called and left messages they are not returning calls a week later. I went by the shop today and they were closed. The reason he doesn’t want customers watching him work is because he’s shady. They cut corners and are unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble. 0 stars basura “trash” service

My back car window was broken but only did I get it fixed here they also offer tinting, very professional and great customer service super friendly. Definitely will recommend this place to everyone. I also want to add I wasn't comfortable leaving my car with a broken window at my apartment complex and I was able to leave my car at the shop were it's safe! Very happy with the service! It was a holiday weekend so they weren’t able to get to me til Monday but it was first thing that’s day. It was nice not having to go into a shop and wait for them to get it done. Ervin came out and was on time. Even let me know he was on his way because he knew I had taken my car to my father-in-law gated community to be safe. He was fast and cleaned up all the glass. Thank you.
