After receiving a $50 quote to fix a half dime sized nick (to prevent a crack/run) from "You Know Who", I called Quality and was told $25 to fix a chip and we'll taken you whenever you get here. Very happy and I'll be back. Beware of the big box stores, sometimes you just assume their prices are competitive.

They were very friendly. When I asked how long it would take to replace my windshield, they said an hour. But it only took him about 45 minutes and I was able to make it to work early. So after several phone calls and frustration, I found this place in THEODORE. After a few follow up calls I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. If you have cracks and scratches in your windshield you should definitely go here. The price is the best in town and the service is excellent.

Spoke to Brett about fixing my husbands car at work. He had a side window smashed while driving across the Bay this morning. Brett had the window fixed within the hour that I spoke to him. Very friendly and fast.

Had a windshield installed. They broke my a-piller, left big scratches in the new windshield, left the truck a mess and then tried to blame me and would not except responsibility.
