I was extremely impressed with this company! I called and spoke with the owner, Nick, about getting our F150 truck windshield replaced. He helped answer all of my questions. I called back the same day to book the appointment and his wonderful wife, Amanda, helped handle the call with our insurance to get everything set up. Nick came out the very next day and replaced the window at our home. We even reached out a week later after our daughter needed a new windshield as well. Darn flying rocks! On Monday, February 5, 2024, I walked downstairs as usual, to go to my car so I can head to work. When I walked up to my car, I noticed that there was glass all over the ground. I didn’t know which vehicle it had came from yet, but soon discovered it was mine I was terrified, angry, hurt, upset, all the things… All of the feels. I had less than five minutes to make a quick decision if I was going to go into work or not and so I called my support systems and with a broken window, I headed to work. As I was driving, I was still in tears and still upset about the whole situation. Also, while driving, I was trying my best to call Safelite for assistance… This would be my first time using their services. I did not know that unfortunately, you cannot reach a live person. Everything has to be done online and unfortunately they have no appointments for Monday only for Wednesday was the soonest I can get in and that was just not going to work for me. I bc arrived to work, clocked in, and let my coworkers know what happened. I was very grateful for all the support and immediately stepped back outside to see what else I could do to take care of my car situation… Panicking and crying I thought let me just google window glass, repair shops near me, and what popped up was Proper Auto Glass. This amazing man, Nick, the owner/operator of this business, answer the phone, and through all of my tears/crying. He was somehow able to hear my first name, and to hear that I needed help. I told him where I was located. The car was parked at my job And he kindly let me know that he would be able to help me write in there on that same day. Nick gave me a two hour timeframe of his arrival, but surprise me by showing up a little bit earlier… He was very communicative, positive, understanding, polite, and a true professional with his work. He even helped me deal with the insurance paperwork with AAA which I ended up not even using. I am more than grateful and definitely a customer for life with Nick because of his kindness and professionalism. Please do not hesitate to give him a call no matter what your car window situation is or where you’re located he will definitely come to you and prioritize your needs to the best of his ability. Nick definitely has a customer for life and me and again I’m so thankful and grateful that his business popped up on when I was in desperate need of help. Thank you very much Nick.

Nick did an awesome job at a very affordable price! He provided a quote within a day for 2 cars, which compared to the last guy, was lighting speed. The work was clean. His attention to detail included making sure the rear view mirror was properly set. I didn't even have to adjust when I drove away. Thank you Nick for a job well done!! Follow-up 6/25/25: Our windshield developed a noise on the passenger side over a month ago. Our mechanic noted the adhesive had separated, which is fairly common. We contacted Nick and he immediately, i.e. the next day, came out and fixed it. No hassles, no fuss, just got the job done. Thank you again Nick!!

Fantastic from start to finish. I appreciate the capability of being able to communicate through text for everything because having a toddler, you just never know how much time you have for am important phone call. I was very happy to learn they would be coming to my residence because again with a toddler that meant I did not have to get him up and ready. The convenience of that was awesome. The service day of was great and extremely fast. Overall the experience was so flawless, it not interrupt or interfere with any of my daily routine. Thank you! I will recommend to others in the future!

Proper Auto Glass is incredible! Amanda helped walk me through the insurance claim process (which was incredibly straight forward) and even had my Honda Pilot glass in stock so was able to get me on their schedule the next morning to come out to my house and replace my windshield! Nick did the replacement work and was so professional and friendly, and his workmanship is amazing. The work was done fast, and I loved that they came to me so that I didn't have to take valuable time away from my weekend to drive to a shop! Will definitely be using Proper Auto Glass from now on!
