They WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!! I have insurance through Geico. Geico sent them a work order and when I showed up they had received it from Geico. The lady at the desk proceeded to tell me that they can’t go through insurance because I have a Kia. She said the owner doesn’t like going through insurance for Kia’s. They proceeded to charge me over $150 more than what my insurance was willing to pay. I asked could they provide a discount since THEY are choosing not to take my insurance. The lady stated they should be charging me more. (I had already called multiple places prior to them, the price should not have been any more). It sucked that my car got broken into, but it sucked even more that they are over charging me for no reason. Good luck with this shop! *The work was done well. The ridiculous prices were cause for concern

A vandal smashed one of my car windows late at night. After calling multiple other places who failed to answer the next morning, and scheduling a repair with another shop which fell through, I called Professional Auto Glass. The person on the phone was friendly, informative, and helpful and we agreed on a time window for the repair the next day. They called to confirm the appointment and then called once the repair person was ready to come out. The repair guy was friendly and did the repair in maybe 30 minutes or so. It was a real relief to get it done so quickly and with such good service.ServicesWindow repair

I was very happy with the work that was done to my car to change my windshield this weekend 6/18/2022. The Secretary was professional and I was promised that my car will be ready between one and half hours and it was ready on the stipulated time. The price was affordable with lifetime warranty on workmanship. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I asked many service providers for a quote for replacing the front and back glass both local businesses and widely famous businesses. Professional Auto Glass gave me the lowest price. Their customer services is very professional, kind and helpful. They gave me a slot on the same day I called for scheduling. I arrived late because their was an accident on the road. I called to apologize and they said that they will wait for me, no worries. I received their services a month ago and I have no complaints. I am very satisfied.

A rip off. Looking at their reviews there’s a trend of this. They charged $160 to look at my window and temporarily keep it from falling down. This doesn’t include fixing the actual issue with the motor needed to be replaced. I am 100% sure of where the shop is, maybe there’s a history of picking and choosing who to rip off if you don’t charge $160 for a “diagnostic fee.” Dealt with an older Hispanic man and a heavy set younger woman with glasses. If you don’t believe me, visit the shop. Update : The shop associate who responds to Google reviews is feisty and will gaslight you. Now I apparently misunderstood the cost yet they took $160… ($60 to look and $100 to fix). The issue wasn’t fixed (it was temporary), we had to come back for additional work and parts WITH MORE MONEY. We asked if the $160 would count towards the actual repair, the older man said no. The older man told the girl with glasses the price. No misunderstandings, they took advantage of us and the fact that it was a chilly Sunday. At the end of the day it shouldn’t take hundreds of dollars to fix a motor in a door when someone else did the repair for less than $160 along with a DEALER part. These ppl felt comfortable charging us $160 for a temporary fix that took less than 30 minutes to look at. (I took a screenshot of her response as the business response disappears when you edit/update your review. ) She will be back to justify their unethical conduct… typing while eating takis.

The work the company did was awesome on my car. The manager though was very rude and further disrespectful. And yelled at me when I came back to inquire of a part that was left there. He ended up yelling at me telling me he wasn't going to do anything. Amd told me to leave just get out. Because I insisted on him calling the technician at that moment. I was talked to like i was a man for one. He was very rude to me. And I felt very disrespected. So as I said the work was excellent the receptionist was very helpful and sweet. But the boss the owner whatever he is. Tall slender with dark hair is rude. And disrespectful. I can't explain the feeling i felt as a. Black woman standing there trying to maintain my composure. You don't talk to people like this.
