Have confidence when you use Professional Auto Glass. They replaced the windshield on my older foreign car, which was a relatively complex job. They knew exactly what had to be done. All the molding and trim was reinstalled properly and without damage. I wouldn't hesitate to call Chuck again for any future glass replacement.

Excellent customer service. Made sure I got the correct windshield and didn't break anything. Got me in and out quickly. Very knowledgable and polite. I would highly recommend PROFESSIONAL AUTO GLASS. --------PSA-------- **STAY AWAY FROM SAFELITE AUTO GLASS** In 2 different trips now, they got it me in late, broke my clip, broke my alarm LED's and the second piece of glass had abrasions on it. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Very disappointed that my insurance company recommended you to be the company to install my windshield. I was given false information about the windshield being factory, that your company was trying to install. Thankfully my gut feeling of I am about to get screwed over kicked in. After calling another company in Lakeland I was able to get the exact windshield installed on my vehicle (from the factory) that your company lied about and said didn't come that way. Interesting, the one you wanted to install was much cheaper than the one that was needed. Shame on you for trying to screw hard working people over just to make an extra buck.

The team here was very efficient. They could have gotten me in the next day but I had to work. They offered to come to me at no extra charge if I was local ( I was not at that time). They were lower than other glass company's. I was in and out with in an hour when I got there. Clean work, very professional and polite.

Amazing response...called today because my back window was completely shattered by a rock off a truck. Chuck was quick to respond and worked with me to get my window replaced the same day .What started out as a horrible morning, turned into a good day .My weekend has been saved! 👍😊 …

Absolutely garbage. They gave me a price to replace 1 window for $220 plus tax then I called again (acting like I’m a different customer) and they said $270 plus tax. At the end they charged me $292.50 plus tax without even coming to my door and fixing it... I had to take my car there. Never ever going again.
