Highly recommend this shop for all your auto glass needs. I had Safelite come out twice to replace my cracked windshield and both times they wouldn’t do the work because they couldn’t clear the codes on my vehicle to do the calibration. Apparently, they will only replace the windshield if they can also bill you for the calibration which wasn’t able to be done because of a faulty camera that operates the auto-high beams and auto-windshield wipers. I called the shop after 4 on a Monday and the glass was ordered and the work was completed by 11am the next morning. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had great customer service and communication. I will be going her for all my glass repairs from here on out!

This guy Dan rocks (and his crew). Went here because everyone gave 5 star reviews and it’s clear why. Insanely nice and knowledgeable— clearly knows what he’s doing and does great work at extremely fair costs. I called to schedule a time to come in for a new windshield— he showed up at my house the next day to install it in about an hour. When he installed it he consulted me about a couple trim pieces I could use and why I might go with either one. We chose one but while driving after I noticed a whistle at around 25-30mph. Texted Dan up and he told me to come in so he could hear it, we go on a quick drive and he hears it. Quickly diagnoses that it was related to trim and comes up with new trim solution in a matter of 30-minutes. Fixes the noise, looks beautiful, no charge. He’s got my windshield business for life. We had an issue with our windshield and I was honestly shocked and amazed at how quickly he was able to make time for us and get our new windshield replacement done. I needed it done fast so that was great! But he was also so professional and nice during the process and communicated so well on when and how it would be done as well as what he was doing. He even did some minor updates to some of the trim around it that he definitely didn’t have to do and didn’t charge any more for them either which was really cool to see for today’s world. I’d use them again and highly recommend their services for sure

My experience with ProSto Auto Glass was nothing less than superb!. When I called to schedule an appointment to have my front windshield replaced, I left a message and within minutes I received a return call from Dan who told me he could replace my windshield that day at a very favorable price. Not only did he hold to his promise but went the extra mile to find a replacement after his first option didn’t have it in stock. What struck me most about Dan was his passion for serving his customers and his attention to detail. We learned that helping those in need is important to us both. He’s a true professional who takes pride in his work and worthy of a 5 Star rating!

Perfect, quick service!!! During a storm, a neighbor’s branch fell on my windshield and cracked the front windshield of my baby Jetta. Their homeowners insurance denied the request to have them pay for it and then Safelight quoted me at around $500 and offered to come four days later. Thank goodness for Google suggestions, because it really saved me hundreds of dollars and three days to use Prosto!! Andre answered his phone to every call placed and was able to set up an appointment for the following morning. As soon as I got off from work at 10:00 am, he was waiting for me. We waited about 15 minutes for the rain to pass and as soon as it did, he got right to work. He left my apartment parking lot at about 11:15! That included the wait for the rain, the labor, the payment processing, all of it!! Andre was pleasant the entire time and was very professional through the whole replacement; he didn’t even accept the tip I nearly tried to force on him. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service

I contacted Prosto Glass on a Friday to inquire about a windshield and rear glass replacement and not only did they fit me in at noon on Monday, their estimate was nearly HALF of what other companies had quoted me. When Dan arrived (promptly at noon) I was glad to see that he was using high quality Pilkington glass for both the front and rear glass replacement. In addition to doing an absolutely immaculate job, he addressed some rust that was hiding underneath the previous windshield, replaced a plastic part that had been broken and lazily glued together by whomever did the previous windshield replacement, and he also primed the entire area where the paint had been scuffed up (again by the previous replacement) all at no extra cost! Needless to say, I’m super impressed by the quality and thoroughness of Dan’s work. My car now looks brand new. Don’t even bother looking anywhere else for auto glass replacement.
