After getting the run-around at another place for about two months I finally called Jeremy. He did a great job replacing the windshield in our brand new 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. He got back to me immediately, ordered the windshield, had it within 3 days and installed it in about two hours. From the time of my first call until installation was exactly one week. Dont fall for this guys cash scam he will tell you he doent deal with insurance as it takes to long to get paid and will assure you your insurance will cover it once you submit your invoice. If you try to use a credit card he will try to overcharge you 4.5 % with a lie about how square really gives it to em . When you get the bill it will be more than your insurance will cover and more than all others in town then if he leaves broken glass rattling around in the door panel like mine “thats your problem” i would hate to see what would happen if his install failed . USE OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE TRANSPARENT HONEST AND STAND BEHIND THERE WORK AND HAVE IT 100% covered by your-insurance ! Unless you want to use Someone who only talks about doing a good job but delivers underpar work for hundreds of dollars more than everone else would be a better choice .

I was very impressed with my visit to Pro-Line Auto Glass. It was just my luck that within the first week of me owning a new vehicle a rock got thrown up at me and cracked the window. I gave him a call and asked if he could fill in the spot that way it didn’t run anywhere. Not only could he do it for the right amount of money, but he was able to squeeze me in super fast.
