Premier Auto Glass

First of all I called Premier and received a call back from Dan I explained I wanted a new windshield on my 03 Jaguar XJR and Dan took the time to meet me on the 4th to look at my car I had reservations at first but after talking to Dan that was quickly gone. Dan’s confidence came through and I decided to give him the job he ordered the glass and was out to my home in 5 days to remove the old weathered windshield and flawlessly install the new one with saving the original trim and gasket which was important to me. The entire job from the time I first talked to Dan until completion was a pleasant experience I highly recommend Premier I know he will be the only guy to touch my car 2 thumbs up thanks Dan. 8/15/24 Ron from premier came out today and installed a quarter glass on my Volvo 850 again superior work and go the extra mile to install glass and even tended to a leak issue detected it addressed it and another great job by Premier and Ron was beyond fantastic very thorough and a perfectionist!

Someone had randomly smashed in my gfs back window on her hybrid Hyundai presumably to try and steal the car but was clearly unsuccessful because there was nothing in the car to steal and nothing missing. I called a few glass places to get some quotes and premier auto glass in Wallingford gave the best price. A huge name brand company wanted almost triple (you know who I’m talking about). The service tech Ron was super communicative on his ETA and arrived promptly at 9am. It took him about half an hour to replace the drivers side rear power window. He even went above and beyond and told me he’d come back to replace the motor since it had been damaged due to getting wet. Awesome service and I’d definitely recommend.

What a wonderful experience working with them! From the time they took my first call to the next day service (wow!) they were professional, courteous, and fast! My insurance company said it would take 10 days to get someone out to fix my smashed window, but they were able to come the next day, which I was thrilled about. He did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass and installing the new window. Was finished in about an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again. So I've had the pleasure of having Dan come out to our house not once but twice in the last month. Yes, TWICE! Our insurance company recommended Premier Auto Glass to fix my son's Honda Element when he had a cracked front windshield. The process was very easy. Debbie at Premier was very friendly and professional while helping me navigate my insurance claim. Two weeks later, I ended up having some rocks kicked up on my Cadillac's windshield and it developed a huge crack so I called my insurance broker but this time, I requested Premier. Once again, I spoke with Debbie who coordinated the replacement and then Dan came out, replaced the windshield and calibrated it to the car's computer. It's been extraordinarily easy to work with them and I didn't get put on hold or go into an automated phone system. I had the experience this week of working with Premier Auto Glass which began with their office staff and scheduling, then to the install day, two days later. I don't often write reviews for companies though I feel very comfortable with this one. The women in the office who took my call was knowledgeable, professional and well spoken. Afterwards I knew there wasn't going to be a return call to me saying there was some type miscommunication. Thats hard to find today. On the install day the tech showed up on time and got right to work. He not only knew what he was doing but he represented the company professionally with a good personality. If you are looking for a glass company, you won't be disappointed if you decide to hire Premier Auto Glass. Their prices are right in line with everyone else. Terrible customer service which I am sure would have let to a terrible job! I scheduled an appointment with my insurance on a Monday. Tuesday Premier auto was suppose to contact me to schedule an appointment. NEVER received a called! I contact them on Wednesday and was told sorry they have been "short staffed." He then proceeded to tell me that the window needs to be ordered and will be in by Friday. Perfect, so we setup an appointment for Friday between 9am-1pm. Friday comes and it is 1pm no call, no show! So now I'm on the phone with them by way of me having to reach out to them AGAIN. The lady that answered had a hard time pulling up the order, I provided a different telephone and was placed on hold for about 20mins only to be told the window was never ordered!! Was told that it was take another business day to get the part and that they could possibly do it by Monday. NO THANK YOU!! You guys dropped the ball the 1st time, the 2nd time, 3rd time your out!! Went to Safelite and let me tell you, EFFORTLESS customer service!! Premier auto glass needs to do better!!! That's comical. I was not told that, in fact I was told that chances are it was the supervisor that I spoke with initially. It was suggested by the female that it could have been a different business BUT the same number that my insurance company provided me for you guys was the same number I called TWICE. 1st when I wasn't contacted back for my appointment scheduling and the 2nd time when there was a no call no show. What is unfortunate is that here you are saying your sorry when truly you are not. Bashing a local business? I attempted to give you guys my business before being disappointed and having to choose a company like Safelite that has over 7,100 locations nationwide.
