Premier 1 Auto Glass

When a rock hit my windshield while on the highway and formed a 2 ft crack across the glass, I figured I’d just call up a certain national chain that starts with an “S” for the replacement. On a whim, I decided to check out local places and saw Premier1. I called them for a quote and they gave me a fair, competitive price so I set up an appointment for the next day. They worked with me on my schedule and were very thorough with communicating when they’d be here. Shannon was my serviceman and he was very friendly and professional. They ended up not having the right piece of glass (100% my fault, though they still apologized profusely) so they rescheduled me for the next day. Now here I am, the proud owner of a perfectly installed new windshield! No complaints whatsoever, plus it comes with a lifetime warranty on the installation. I highly recommend Premier 1 for your auto glass needs!

Impeccable service from the top to the installer... i called in and Will, the owner, answered the call and not only did he inform me that per FL law would waive my deductible for windshield damage.. he quickly took me through the claims process w/my insurance and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. The installer came to my home and had my windshield out and in in no time and he even did a little work on fixing my drivers side window that would not go all the way up.. FOR FREE! tried to tip the guy, but he respectfully declined and just asked me to tell my family and friends about his company... Thank you guys!!! Awesome service!

The guys at Premier 1 are true professionals with integrity and excellent customer service. My BMW 135i was broken into in Clearwater Fl and I needed the driver side glass replaced ASAP, in order for me to drive back to Virginia. Will was kind enough to get a technician out the same day and get the glass installed. The technician had to overcome many obstacles, but did his best and got the job done. The original glass that was installed by the tech didn't fit perfectly, so Will got another ordered through BMW and is having it installed for me in Roanoke, VA. i couldn't ask for better service. Thank you very much.

Just had my Jeep serviced by Premiere 1 Auto glass! I must say they were amazing! These guys were very helpful with the entire process! They walked me through everything. They arrived on time and fixed my Jeep perfectly. I even knew my Techs name. Thanks to JIm my tech and his flawless work. They even scheduled and assisted my mother and sister as well! Thanks to Will , the owner, for his professionalism, and a big thanks to Andrea for helping me through it all! Great team! This family owned business will be our family's go to business from now on! Premier1 Auto Glass was the best Auto Glass Company that ever touched my windshield! I was informed by the installer that who ever did my last windshield replacement scratched my paint and caused it to start rusting. Apparently, my windshield was about to leak, but he put something on it that he called primer to prevent anymore rusting. Then, he made sure to ding out my frame which had been bent by the last auto glass company. A couple days later, I got a thank you letter from Premier1 and informed me that a portion of the cost of the replacement went to the sandy hook foundation.

The other reviews are true. This business is a hidden gem right in our backyards 🙏🏾. First off. It is RARE that I give 5 stars, unless it's been earned and deserved. But These guys earned it respectfully. From the scheduling with Will, to the actual work being done by Shannon. Both guys essentially exceeded my expectations (and they aren't low either). Will genuinely helped me address several detailed concerns that I had about the process, and even the Windshield repair Industry overall. And Shannon (the installer) was as well-organized as it gets. He called me the morning of my scheduled date, gave me a 30min - one hour window he's expected to arrive, and then called me when he was on the way. And then showed up during said promised time. Then when he arrives, he likewise explains any concerns that I have regarding the ins and outs of the installation process (I'm just a curious guy). Does a phenomenal job and left. I couldn't help but tip him a decent amount for a great job. I'm not kidding or exaggerating, these guys are unbelievably on point. I'm a tough critic and I was impressed. I wasn't paid nor hired to write this, just speaking from my own experience with Premier1 Autoglass. It's kind of hard to believe that a company with this much integrity actually exist.
