Precision Auto Glass - Centerville

I had a fantastic experience with Precision Auto Glass. My windshield was replaced in a little over an hour, which was impressive! It was incredibly easy to walk in and set up an appointment on the spot. A big shoutout to Amber, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. She even assisted me with calling my insurance company to make the claim, which made everything hassle-free. If you're in need of auto glass services, I highly recommend working with Amber and the team at Precision Auto Glass! Also remember this: Make sure you get chips filled quickly because I waited and it resulted in me having to replace the entire windshield!

I had never used Precision before and was pleasantly surprised. May center set up the appointment to come to my house - now extra charge, and was incredibly friendly and fun to talk with. The appointment was with Adam, who killed it with service. He saw what the previous place had done when fixing the windshield that we wouldnt have seen without taking the windshield out. He proceeded to try and fix what they damaged, and showed us afterwards. Epic service that I will happily use again. Great people to work with.

I’ve used Precision Auto Glass twice now, and each time they’ve impressed me with their speed, professionalism, and—most importantly—their unbeatable pricing. Both times I needed a windshield replacement, I was quoted over $1,000 elsewhere. Precision got the job done for under $400. That kind of value is hard to find these days. Even though I live in Utah County, I gladly make the drive because this team is that good. I only wish they had a location closer to me! I not only recommend them—I won’t trust anyone else to replace a windshield on my cars. They’ve earned my business for life.

We desperately needed a new windshield!! A rock chip turned into a crack going across the entire windshield, right in the line of sight. I was researching multiple companies in an attempt to find the most affordable option, while trying to keep with locally owned businesses that had excellent customer reviews. Chalissa contacted me via text fairly quickly after I asked for a quote on the Precision Glass website. She was inquisitive and informative, without being pushy. Chalissa went above and beyond by providing me multiple quotes (cash vs. insurance) and thoroughly explained the process to me. Life got busy, but Chalissa followed up and was able to offer me an affordable option while also offering multiple dates and times for an appointment. I went in, expecting to wait the quoted maximum time of 2 hours and was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! Their waiting room was comfortable and inviting, with multiple places to either relax or work while waiting. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish!!! As someone living in Kearns, the drive had me a bit nervous as it is a bit of a trek, however I will gladly make the drive any day!! Will DEFINITELY recommend!! *Side Note* I did go the insurance route to pay for the replacement as newer vehicles require additional calibrations after the replacement to ensure the security features continue to work properly. Even at a cash rate, their prices were competitive compared to National brands.

The team was professional and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. It looked perfect, and I was really happy with their work. They replaced my windshield quickly and with great attention to detail, leaving my car looking as good as new. Their customer service was outstanding—they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process seamless.. Then, just two weeks later, I got another rock chip. Thankfully, they fixed it under their warranty without any hassle. Their service is top-notch, and I really appreciate how easy they made the whole process. If you need any auto glass work done, I definitely recommend them!

Absolutely amazing and beautiful glass was provided and my tech Adam was an excellent tech and successfully installed my new windshield without any damage done to the car and was very skilled in putting it in, and was a very friendly person to speak with! Only thing that was frustrating was vacuuming out the small old sealant pieces that fell into the car and dash after, I suppose my only suggestion would be to maybe bring a portable vacuum to clean it all up? I don’t blame Adam for this though, he needed to get the old sealant out and there wasn’t really any better way, maybe the company could supply him a vacuum to help. Overall very excellent service and Adam was amazing!
