From someone working in the automotive industry, Big chain glass repair shops from my experience typically don’t have the best customer experience , and you end up feeling like just another number after the repair is complete. I’ll tell you, these guys have me the absolute best experience!! The windshield on one of my cars cracked on a Friday morning. Not wanting to go to a national chain due to the aforementioned, found these guys based on the several high rated reviews they have. They were able to squeeze us in the following Monday, came to my house, and replaced the windshield in less than an hour! All while my wife was inside with my children. I called around to several places and not only were their prices the lowest (by a LOT, in some cases), but they came to my house within a couple hours of my call, and fixed my chipped windshield quickly. We’ve had some extreme temps since then and the repair is holding. I was really pleased and would call them again anytime. It’s honestly a bit laughable that Safelite charges the amount that they charge, including extra for coming to your site. Platinum is a MUCH better value and you get excellent service.

Awesome service at a great price. Was getting one of my passenger windows replaced after it was broken on the street. All the other quotes I got were conveniently near my $500 insurance deductible. Platinum was more than $200 cheaper. The only downside was their area of operation is north of where I live and they couldn't come all the way to my house. These guys were so fast! They even got me in a little early which was awesome because I was in a hurry. They got my windshield replaced in about 30 minutes and even fixed my door at no extra cost (I couldn’t open it from the inside) and the price was awesome too! The passenger window in my Mercedes SL500 shattered in the cold weather recently. I contacted Platinum AutoGlass and spoke with Alex. He said he could fix it for a reasonable price. I waited a couple of days for it to warm up, driving without a window! Brought the car in and Alex had it done in a couple of hours. That’s good considering everything on any Mercedes is a puzzle to work with, even the window. He did a great job and everything works great. I’d recommend Platinum Auto Glass to any car owner.
