My technician, Bennie, came to my house, went right to work, and replaced my windshield trim in 45 minutes. Bennie was efficient and very knowledgeable. The result was excellent. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Glass for any type of car glass or window repair. Thank you for helping me in fixing my window trim. I would give you ten stars if I could!

I had a great experience with Pinnacle. I sought out 4 quotes for a windshield and they were the cheapest. They got the job done next day and everybody I worked with was quick and professional.

In all my years of driving, I have never had so much as a chip on my windshield. Move to Arizona, where the freeways are lined with rocks, and sure enough it happened. I was driving on the freeway when suddenly a rock flew out and hit my windshield causing an 8 inch crack on the driver's side. It grew to over a foot in the next couple days. I called Pinnacle the next day (Saturday) and Julio walked me through the process of getting it replaced. He did a three-way call with myself and my insurance. My insurance required that someone from their company inspect the vehicle before I could schedule with Pinnacle, which I was told was not the norm. I had to get this done before I could schedule to get the windshield replaced. The inspection was on that Monday and it was approved with 0 deductible required.. I called Pinnacle back and since they had all my info already saved I was able to schedule quickly. They worked with Land Rover to get the specific things they needed for my vehicle. They give you a window of four hours in which the tech will come. I chose 8AM-12PM. The tech called at about 10AM and told me I would be his next stop and he would be at my home by 11AM. Right at 11AM he showed up. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The replacement took about an hour and he did an amazing job. He explained the proper after-care for the windshield. Also, he gave me the check for the cash-back rebate before he left (I'm sure ya'll were wondering about that). Great experience! Will hopefully not have to do this again for a long time, but if I do I would definitely call them again. They also give you a lifetime chip warranty.

I scheduled my appt and they had availability the next day. They responded very quickly to all of my inquiries they even called me back after hours. Installer was awesome he provided a heads up when he was on his way within the timeframe they gave me. I received my rebate the very next day. Thank you!

The installation and recalibration techs were amazing!! The owner promised me a rebate and I've been waiting for over 2 weeks. Now no response from them... Great work but who would go here if they just lie to you?

I was given a six hour window where a tech was supposed to come to my home and fix chips in my windshield. It was nearing the end of the six hours and I hadn't heard from them. I called and the tech said.. Yeah I'm sorry I'm running behind it will be after the scheduled time. After I've.moved everything around and sat at home all day. Extremely unprofessional
