Payless Auto Glass

Payless Auto Glass in Norwichtown is top notch ! I recently had a very bad experience with an auto detailer that had scratched all of the glass on my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and needed to be replaced. After shopping around, I found Payless in Norwichtown. I was greeted on the phone by the Manager Nick. He was very easy to deal with and put a quote together and had it sent to me. He was about $1000.00 cheaper than other quotes that I had received. He ordered all the glass and had the entire job done in one day. I also dealt with Shayne and he was also very easy to work with. My car looks great once again thanks to these two gentlemen. Thank you Nick and Shayne.

First time thay went to the dealership. second time thay came out to fix it but it needed to be replaced had to get authorization from the dealership. Third time it was to be 10to12 at 12:30 I called them thay are still on a job call them at 2:10 he could not fine my house so he went on to the next job the numbers are on the house and mailbox my house is 5 feet off the road he if the dealership was not paying for this I would call safelite payless sucks

I have used Payless Auto Glass, Norwich, over and over for years (I run a repair facility) and ALWAYS feel they do a superb job. Also, their pricing is very reasonably and fair. I have never had an issue with their work and on several occasions feel they went far beyond what was called for to get the job done correctly. I was not happy with the way the time set up was not explained to me once I reached out to them when they didn’t arrive at the time I was told. However, the Installer, Mike was awesome. He was polite, explained the whole process and was quick and excellent at what he did. I would refer him specifically to anyone needing service to windshield. Thanks Mike!!!

Fantastic experience! I called and they explained the insurance process to me. Within 10 minutes I had the insurance claim approved and a same-day appointment. The windshield was replaced that afternoon and a week later, I have no complaints and it held up to a heavy rain with no leaks or wind noise. I definitely recommend Payless in Norwich, CT.

Absolutely horrible experience!! The Norwich, CT location did not show for the appointment we had set. Figured they were running late..Nope.. No Call-No Show.. I called the office to check on what had happened.(15 minutes on hold) No apologies.. I reluctantly agreed to schedule another appointment for the following day.. Couldn't believe, Again.. No Call-No Show. I called the office again, (10 minute wait). We rescheduled for the next day. After giving it some thought I canceled the 3th appointment and scheduled with another company. Mike,
