A tree branch went through one of my rear windows and I called this place on a whim to see if they could fix it. The technician was incredibly helpful and friendly and was able to drive to me later the same day, which was amazing. I spoke to a few other places who wanted me to wait an entire month. This guy kept me updated on timing throughout the day, was up front about cost, and explained invoicing to me for my insurance claim. Omar was professional and courteous. He contacted me first thing in the morning and kept in touch with me throughout the day to let me know when he would be arriving. He was right on time. My windshield was replaced and looks like new. Omar did not charge me extra to come to my home, making it very convenient. Also, he was almost $200.00 less than the major competition that wanted to upcharge for everything.
