Who is the manager there? We ordered glass for 10 AM, and it’s now 1:30 PM, but it still hasn’t arrived—even though the drive to our shop is only 30 minutes. I called, and the guy there asked someone who was supposed to handle the delivery, but they still hadn’t picked it up. Then, instead of giving me a clear answer, he hung up on me and hasn’t answered since. Meanwhile, our customer has been waiting at the shop for two hours, frustrated, and you’re not even letting us know whether the order has been sent or not. The irresponsible people you’ve hired are not only damaging our business but also yours.
